My soul sister was looking for the scent called winter candy apple and iced ginger bread. Some so called rude dirty “ Jen “ was playing mind games with my SOUL SISTER. I am very furious with how awful that woman treated my SOUL SISTER. We are really saddened to her attitude. My SOUL SISTER hasn’t recovered since then. Thanks a lot “ JEN” .

An associate named Janel at this store was absolutely awful to work with. She loudly “talked” me into doing the rewards. She said “come here you’re doing the rewards” and rudely assumed my friend and I were together? He’s gay and it was very uncomfortable. She continued to tell me that “I have to call customer service” because my rewards that I never wanted weren’t working? I literally told her I didn’t want them and she continued to ask me questions, EXTREMELY LOUD MIND YOU! I’ve never been so uncomfortable or bothered in a store before, it was outrageous and her coworker was looking at her like she couldnt believe her eyes. She clearly made the customer in front of us uncomfortable too.

This is a fun place to get gifts for Christmas or anything. The staff are so helpful too. They always make sure I’m using coupons correctly and getting the best deals. The decor is right on and very festive. We all give the candle🎶🎵

I thought it was just my experience, but I see that there are many comments about how rude they are! The cashiers make bad comments, make fun of them and are rude to the customers! I had to return my purchase because of the inability to resolve the situation. Math is exact. I can’t believe how incredibly rude the cashier was today! She talks to you like you are a dog, she yells at you, makes faces and has no intention of solving anything. I will never go to an Appleton branch! DO NOT GO if you belong to a minority, do not go if you have a coupon, do not go there! The lady who was at the entrance saw my receipt and saw that the bill was wrong, it was illogical, after making fun of the cashier she told me “everything is in order”…

A woman named Laura was being extremely rude and hostile to an associate on the sales floor. Raising your voice at team members in front of customers is kind of crazy. Not the time or place for that.

My great aunt had been looking for winter candy apple and iced gingerbread 3 wick candles at every location in Wisconsin. They called telling her they had it and she drove an HOUR from Oshkosh just to find out they weren’t there and they only had the 4 oz winter candy apple. The manager Jen and another blonde worker had an attitude with her, when they were the ones who lied to her about having the candles. Unbelievably rude service.
