If you are considering a Kia, I would highly recommend this Kia dealership and their staff! I had Jaidel as my sales advisor. Ask for him. I knew what I was looking for basically & he helped narrow my choices. Knowledgeable, no pressure and very pleasant to work with. Smooth purchase process! Ethan helped explain the technology on the car ,which was new to me, but which I have grown to love. They offer follow-up and I have been back twice for 15 minute sessions with Ethan as he explains differing aspects of the technology as I discover it. All included. Love the car. Kia Seltos

Austin was my service advisor for my first visit to Bergstrom Kia Appleton. I just moved to this area and this was my first service on my 2025 Kia Sorento. Austin was so great to work with, he earned my repeat business and I will refer people to Bergstrom Kia Appleton because of his professional, courteous, friendly, and caring customer service. He gave me a tour of the dealership areas and got my car in for service right away even though I was a work in to their schedule so I didn't have a specific appointment time. I was in and out in under 90 minutes and they vacuumed and washed my car too! Love this dealership. The service department was excellent as well. The dealership I purchased my Kia from (O'Brien in Bloomington Illinois) told me they couldn't get WeatherTech mats for my car, and referred me to U-Haul when I asked about getting a tow hitch receiver installed. Nathan at Bergstrom took the time to research the correct assembly for my vehicle and provided me with a detailed quote. He also ordered the WeatherTech mats and I can pick them up in 2 days! Best dealership experience I've ever had. I wish I had purchased my vehicle from Bergstrom Kia Appleton.
