My name is Anh Nguyen. I have a complaint about the technician named Dave, who works at Bergstrom Mazda of Appleton located at 3023 North Victory Lane in Appleton, WI 54913. I have always given the advisors and Dave snacks and treats every time I visit Bergstrom for my vehicle's service. But when I needed Dave's help, I asked him a question. Instead of trying his best to help me, he was frustrated and yelled at me. I gave him a bag of food. He was ungrateful towards my kindness because he didn't say thank you. Dave was unwilling and unhappy to help me as a loyal customer since 2022 because he ignored me by focusing on his laptop instead of trying to help me. Dave didn't ask me to leave, but I felt that he wanted me to leave him alone because he didn't want to talk to me. Dave focused on his laptop instead of talking to me or trying his best to help me. So I thought it was best to leave him alone. Even when I left, he didn't say bye or have a good day to me. Overall, Dave is rude, unprofessional, unhelpful, ungrateful, and a cold-blooded person. I gave Dave a bag of food, but he was mean and rude to me; he got frustrated with me and yelled at me. Is that even right? Dave is ungrateful because he didn't say thank you for the food I gave him. Dave is unprofessional and unhelpful because he didn't attempt to help me at all. Even if he couldn't help me, he could have tried to find someone else or other resources to assist me, but he failed to do so. Dave is a cold-blooded person because he is more focused on the machine, like his laptop, than on a customer like me. He didn't even look at me; he ignored me while I stood there. So I thought it was best to leave. Even when I left, he didn't say thank you, bye, or have a good day to me. His behavior was harsh and cruel. I will not return to Bergstrom Mazda of Appleton because of Dave. I will go somewhere else that treats me better.

I love my new Mazda! And Connor my salesman is more like a Superman sales man! He worked very well with me as I’m quite meticulous about everything and anything. He was able to address all my concerns before during and after the purchase!!!!! Do not hesitate to ask for Connor especially if you have any anxiety or OCD he’s very patient and will do everything in his power to make sure you are comfortable and confident. 10/10 stars for Mazda of Appleton. And I hope his boss sees this because he needs a raise! Lmao

We had a great experience purchasing our new Mazda Cx-5 from Bergstrom Mazda of Appleton. Our sales rep Connor did a great job and did his best to make the process smooth.

This was an amazing experience we had leasing this Mazda CX-5 through Bergstrom Appleton Mazda. We were on a tight timeline to get a car and went there at the last minute while they were closing. But Connor Zingarelli stayed over took us to a test drive. Arranged for a loaner so that we won't have to worry about a vehicle till they process the leasing documentation and approval. Next day we went there just signed the documents and took our new car. He kept in constant communication until we had our car. Connor made us feel so welcomed and comfortable throughout the process which is amazing.

Had another great experience at Bergstrom, and we plan on returning in the future for our next vehicle! :) We worked with Harmon…he was great! I feel that we were treated with honesty and respect. He was up front and very thorough. He let us go at our own pace…we did not feel rushed or pressured. Everyone there was friendly and professional. We got a great vehicle at a very fair price. Would definitely recommend.

Tried to inquire about a 2025 Mazda Sedan. Was told they would contact me about further steps regarding the timeline that I wanted to purchase a specific vehicle. Haven’t received a call in over 2 weeks. Decided to go with Greenbay Mazda and got my vehicle reserved in less than 24 hours. Not a good experience with bergstrom as a first time buyer 👎

Not as fast as I would have thought. Slow, and didn't have good communication between desk people and mechanics in back. Tiny snack area, which most bergstrom usually have a good selection of treats and stuff. Otherwise kind staff. Easy to set up appointments, and forgiving if unforeseen circumstances cause you to be late. First time there. May go back, but didn't stand out.

The facility is beautiful and everyone seems friendly. I am disappointed that each time I go I have to pay $1k or more for repairs and most recently had to pay for new rotors and pads when they are not even a year old, plus get new calipers which may have been the original problem for over a year. Now since the repair the identified my brake pedal is soft, and 2 more repairs are suggested each over $15K and the master technician isn't sure which one would help until they are completed. I also had to pay for a brake inspection which normally would be included when service is completed but it was a separate charge. I explained that it shouldn't cost this much each visit for simple oil change. I stated I didn't know if I could afford to keep coming back with little response from them. This time also I did not get a request to complete a review. I am guessing they are not interested in my return or review. They wanted to explain how they saw it and acknowledged my frustration without any further recommendations besides having another scheduled repair. I believe customer service is about building relationships, and in my experienced each time I went in I would get someone different for service help whereby I needed to explain my last visits leading up to current. Th also said that they would have one technician selected for me and noted a specific technician on my profile, but each time I get a different one. I had a 2004 Honda civic and did not experience as much service needs in the 20 years I had it. I was thinking of purchasing a new car from them because I love my Mazda3 and now realize that it might cost more than normal for it.

I had the pleasure of working with Dylan while purchasing my CX 70 Premium Plus. I absolutely love the car, but Dylan's ability to make my wife and I feel comfortable and valued really sealed the deal. I can't say enough about the guy. No pressure, confident in what he was selling, and most importantly, he wanted to make sure this vehicle would actually be the best fit for me.

I’ve had not so great experiences at my previous dealers service department ( so much so that I returned to my small mechanic shop post warranty ) So I was a bit nervous when I made my first appointment at Bergstrom mazda Appleton - the second I arrived, my faith was restored! Bronson made me feel welcomed & appreciated! I never felt like a “dumb female” ( part of my dislike of my former dealership) He listened, kept me updated and I appreciated that ! And thank you for buffing out the swirls ( my bad, no more soft touch car washes ). Your service department rocks ! And sales as well

I am very happy with the service I received. The entire team was friendly and helpful, and they did a great job taking care of my recently acquired Mazda CX5. I am planning to take my vehicle here for everything it may need in the future I only wish I would have purchased my vehicle here too.
