Staff was very helpful pointing me in the right direction and I always find it worth the money to have them put on my screen protector. Always turns out good and saves me the frustration. Money well spent.

The employees were extremely helpful and very nice. Sadly, what I came in for was not available in the store. There was a slot on the shelf for what I wanted but I was advised to take a picture of the empty slot (with the SKU) then go home & order it online. I left the store thinking if I wanted to order it online, I would have. I went into the store to be able ask questions. That was kinda lame.

The TV we wanted was in stock and competitively priced. On the down side? A problem I've encountered on multiple occasions at multiple Best Buys - staff aggressively pushing upgrades when they were not appropriate.

I went to this Best Buy location to speak with the Verizon Specialist (I think his name was Dave?) on 1/18/24.He created one of the best sales experiences that I've ever had. Very nice person that seems passionate about what he does, which ultimately made myself as a customer feel even better about my experience. He honestly could sell a furnace in Florida. Great salesmen that explains everything very thoroughly. He deserves a raise!

Kinda bias because I love Best Buy, but to be real, the employees are very helpful, and some really know their stuff well. I love that I can still go to a place and see the product physically, lol. There is a lot to look at from tvs computers phones cameras kitchen stuff surround sound stuff some furniture entertainment centers. They still have some new release movies, but not as much as they did a few years ago.

I had requested help with gaining more info with their TV selection. I am 5'4" and I was not able to read the detailed info on the 3rd shelf. I scanned the QR code for help as the signage around the store indicated. After 20 minutes I thought I would ask a sales associate if I was in the que to be helped and if it would be another few minutes or longer.I work in customer service. I try to always be respectful to those employees I'm asking for help from, and those I interact with. I know it can be rough to work with the general public, and I appreciate how much these employees do for me.When I asked a gentleman who worked for Best Buy if he could help me find out if I was in the "help" line. He would not let me fully get my question out. He barked at me about how to scan the qr code. When I mentioned I already scanned the code he didn't even check the system to see if my name was in line. I mentioned I just needed help reading the descriptions. He was a gentleman well over 6 ft and told me to "use my eyes." (I had even tried to use the camera on my phone to get a better look to no avail.) With my smaller size there was no way I would be able to read them.Noticing he wasn't wearing a name tag I asked if he was on break and apologized for bothering him if he was. He told me he was not on break, lunch, or leaving for the day. I then asked his name. He gave me one and told me "good luck with that name." I'm assuming it was a fake name. After a couple more insults from him directly I was finished. I walked away, knowing that whatever I really wanted to say was going to fall on deaf ears, and he wasn't worth my time.As I was leaving the store I walked by 3 employees chatting at the front doors.(I'm not complaining. I understand communication between employees is important.) I asked to to speak to the main manager of the store. I normally don't ever ask to speak to a manager. (I don't want to be seen as a Karen.) One lady asked which manager. Since I wasn't sure which department this employee was supposed to be in I asked for the main store manager again. She said that was her. I explained the situation. She stared blankly at me, looking disinterested, and annoyed. She said she would look into it. Turned away from me, and rolled her eyes as she reengaged with the other employees.I am not looking for anything from Best Buy. I don't write bad reviews normally. This was just an extreme interaction. I gave nothing but respect and was treated with the worst customer service. I was just going to start looking to purchase components for a gaming PC we are putting together for my daughter's birthday but there is no way I'm ever going to a Best Buy anywhere again!
