Horrible customer service. The man I who was "assisting' me had a demeanor of laziness. He helped me previously and got my phone fixed but didn't even want to bother with me and I was his only customer.

The girl was great she sold us 2 LG stylo 6 and programmed them to the standard network. I did have to get the sim cards from another boost store and that was ok. Both stores communicated with each other. I bought a case and screen protectors for both phones at the store we got the sim cards from cuz the store we bought the phones at didn't have any. The store who had the sim cards didn't have the phones in stock. But the girl stayed an hour past her shift programming our phones and swapping the photos and stuff from my old phone onto the new phone. She had a great personality and we had a great conversation. I love my new phone.

After I bought my phone, a case and screen protector they told me I was getting a speaker for free come to find out they charged me for the speaker that I didn’t even want at all. Now they tell me no refunds on accessories as if I had a choice to begin with. I’m gonna take this L but your employees taking advantage of customers is disgusting and disappointing 100% WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND
