I kind of think the pieces of trash I’ve had them for 17 months now and the service is never really that great the first time my phone took crap on me. It took me four days to get a hold of somebody that actually knew what they were doing and the same thing happened to me again, but my phone was in sos mode due to a malfunction in apples hardware 29 I didn’t make a call or text or use one one gb of data daysbecause I was arguing with them and Apple was I was both paying for protection trying to get the issue resolved and it broke due to nothing I had did to it. It was a hardware issue. It was defective phone, and the eSIM stopped working and the wouldn’t even consider taking off the bill I was served for service. I didn’t get to use the fact that they were completely no help that it took me 29 days to get a different phone because how hard it was to get a hold of him apparently no one there takes notes when they talk to somebody gotta start all over every time you talk to me I can’t even transfer you to the right extension Yep, they lost customer. I’ll return this phone and I’ll get my money back out of them because I was told that I was gonna have good service could help with protection, and none of it happened. It was all lies, and Bree our contract because they cannot deliver what the swear up and down there good at I gotta say you better hope your phone don’t break if you have them as a carrier

Continue to get messages saying I am not connected to the Internet even tho I am on unlimited plan. I find myself without service almost as often as having service. Only last a couple seconds but still it's very aggravating. This is my 1st month with Boost. I will give it another month before going elsewhere

Syl, Sarah, and Michael are TOP TIER 👌 customer representatives at the Richmond store in Appleton, Wisconsin.
All 3 of them took their time and energy to calmly explain, in detail, with patience, as well as highly noticeable confidence to answer all of our questions and address our concerns.
Syl was phenomenal with sales and starting up a new account with a friend of mine.
Sarah was extremely helpful with numerous accessories, along with price checking everything I had a wondering eye for.
Overseeing the entire atmosphere and helping with the delightful ambiance... as well as allowing us to pick out some the boost apparel to show off and help with promoting our experience to the public, was none other than Michael himself. I like to call him Big Mike. He is THE MAN to ask for if you have any questions whatsoever. He is the information guru at this place.
We had a joyous time meeting those fine folks, and felt above and beyond welcomed in every way imaginable.
