Michael is so amazing. Took a problem with Pokemon Go that was not working on my old Coolpad and told me that upgrading would solve the issue and and get me into a better phone long term. I upgraded to the Moto Edge Plus 2022. I am please with the phone and purchase. He is so informative, sweet and amazing. Will be coming back to see him again.

I just want to say that the people who work at this location are so helpful and honest! They helped me file my claim and made sure I got the best deal. Blanca is just a great individual. So kind. She turned my whole day around!

Amazing help at Richmond! Blanca helped me upgrade from my Samsung A12 to the new A54 5G and I am one happy customer. She was very nice and set me up with full protection on my device and made the transition fairly easy. Will be coming back!!

Best cellphone ever. Had an issue with my device, and Michael was so helpful and understanding. He went above and beyond to explain everything he did. Kai was also great on Wednesday 7-26 for helping me port my number over from Cricket and also with explaining every phone and options to me. Will be back with all my friends to get them on Boost.

I went into Boost having issues with my iPhone. Blanca was very knowledgeable about iPhones and helped me figure out the problems. My wife and I had a pleasant experience today! We will be coming back to see her!!

Seemed like they couldn't help me reset my password. The area was horrible. I will go to a different boost mobile from now on. There are new servers there, and he didn't seem to know what to do.

Expensive experience. Went to upgrade my wife's phone for her birthday and after about 3 hours of waiting to program the phone, it didn't work after we left the store. Of course we had to pay all the transfer charges and they refuse to refund. Ended up having to re-set up the entire thing myself with boost customer service. Very stressful experience. Happy Birthday honey.

Today my brother and I probably had the best experience going to this location. Customer service was super impressive. They took the time to explain every single question we had and help change from att. Will tell anyone that is thinking about switching to boost to go directly to the Richmond store location. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable but also so friendly. Thank you for the positive experience.

Jared and Michael were such sweethearts today. They were so informative about all the phones in the store, and about the ACP program as well. They answered all my questions, and set up the new Moto g Power from going from a iPhone 7+. Will come back all the time to see my favorite 2 Boost Workers.
