The store itself is good! We’ve gone about 8 times this year. My fiancé has spent a lot of money here!
I got him a hat rack for his birthday. I guess I should have opened it and checked it out before we left. It’s poorly made. Has a star falling off and also missing one completely. Also has a spot on it as though something took the stain off but than was covered back up. At 76 miles one way I won’t be running back to make a return but I do recommend looking over anything you buy in a box. ?.

I had read bad reviews but in our case I later said that we had a very good saleswoman, unfortunately we went very late so we couldn't stay for long. But they have beautiful clothes and boots

We were searching for a pair of boots for my daughter to wear while showing cows and ended up at Boot Barn. Never been there, we did not know what to expect. We were greeted as we walked into the store and quickly assisted by a gentleman named Erich. He was extremely helpful and patient as my teenage daughter looked for THE boots. He was very knowledgeable and told us how to tell if the boot is the right size and fit. Once my daughter decided on a boot, Erich helped us get all the supplies to help her take care of her new boots and make them last. We were super impressed with his assistance and will definitely be returning in the future!

I stopped in looking for a chocolate colored felt hat and a pair of turquoise earrings. A staff member named Alex greeted me and my mother at the door and helped us through the process of finding the perfect hat while staying on budget. Alex was very knowledgeable on hat types, materials, and shaping. He and his coworker Axel also helped me find the perfect set of earrings to match my face shape and event. I have never met a more welcoming and genuine sales person, and I intend to keep bringing my business back to Boot Barn of Appleton.

Had a hassle finding the right size Twisted X boot. I ordered two different sizes, both wrong. Ordered two more into the store in Appleton! Finally got the right size! I got to work with the most pleasant young lady, Maddy, on this mess! Thank you for being positive and helping me sort this out, and for your assistance while I shopped for other goods! You rock!

Wanted to find my correct size for Boulet Boots. Called the store directly to ask if they had Boulet Boots in store because it’s about a 45 minute drive, and didn’t want to make the drive if they didn’t carry them. I was told “yes we do”. I make the drive just to find out they actually don’t have them.

Trying to get any customer service from the three stooges that were working there was actually impossible. Asked about sizes. Smugly said that’s all I have. It took three times to get into a dressing room and told me they were open when in fact they were locked and the looks that they gave each other like I was actually bothering them was unbelievable. Always had good experience at Boot Barns… these three people were terrible. Trying to get them out from behind the counter to get any kind of service, and I felt I was bothering them and their eye rolls and looks sure prove that!!! NEVER AGAIN
