I have shopped at Buckle for years and this time I brought my husband for his birthday. We could not have hated our experience more. I know that Buckle is a commission job. However when asked what we were in for today we responded to the gentleman that we were just looking. (I didn't know if my husband would like their clothes)He preceded to follow us around the whole store talking AT us. It got to the point where I almost asked for a manager wanting him to back off. My husband was so uncomfortable he actually told me im trying on this shirt and then we are leaving. I was embarrassed. Of course he wanted the shirt so at checkout the man that followed us around raced to the counter to basically put dibs on us that he was our shopper to get the commission. What he actually did was made us rethink ever shopping here again. When someone tells u theyre just looking its a hint to back off. Unimpressed!

Love this place me and my husband got all the help we needed from some of the girls but one the the pants he picked out ended up getting a rip in the seam and we had to exchange them and they were barely dirty had the tinest wear and tear and the guy at the register was so rude said these look absolutely terrible gonna be honest with you it looks like you went to a college party and my husband is a disabled veteran! Guy needs some self respect with people other then that we got help picking out new pants and we will just walk out if he’s there again will not put up with the disrespect

Haven't been to the buckle in ten years or so.Hands down amazing staff helping me out with getting sizes lined up and helping pick out comfort and styles, truly making my time an importance in there store . I wish I could remember names to give everyone the credit they desire, a sweetheart! of a lady with a hat on helping coming up with options and bringing options to dressing room for me (fantastic taste),another lady with a southern accent didnt skip a beat from also filling in with me if others happen to not be there at that split second and helping while helping others , and a polite gentleman with a large beard that was running around helping everyone with any need ! Out standing staff on 1/16/2025. Thank you again everyone!

Recently purchased a sweater from Buckle. I had my 4 month old grandson and my 20 yr old son with me. I went to try on and the girl helping me so nice and helpful. When I said I just need a sweater nothing else she just kept it to that. My son was walking around with his nephew and stopped by the eye glass case and the other male sales clerk suggested to come over to this side where the mirrors are he might like that. :) Such a nice way of making you feel good and not a bothersome because I was trying on clothes. The girl for me was warm hearted as well. So much better than being rushed soon as you walk in the store. I even sent a message to the store on just this experience.

Since I lost a ton of weight and got fit, this is about the only place I can buy clothes that are styling. The sales reps are super helpful, bringing you stuff to try on, switching sizes, etc. Bought 2 pairs of styling jeans and 3 shirts in about 20 minutes. Don’t waste time at the big department stores buying outdated clothes. Get styling!

I’ve been biting my tongue for over a year now. I worked at Buckle for about 2 months, and the reason I quit was because of Kim. She simply doesn’t have a good vibe around her, and puts down all of her employees to make them feel bad about themselves (from my experience). Everytime i’ve went into Buckle after quitting there to shop for clothing and she’s there she doesn’t even acknowledge me or help me shop, and even if every one is busy she still won’t help. Very unprofessional. All other employees and managers are great except for her!

Usually I would be a fan and have been in the past, but I purchased jeans then had them sent to be altered. They said it would take a week, I assumed it would be sent somewhere if it took that long, nope. A week and a few days go by and they said there would be a text notification that they would be done. Haven’t heard anything still, so I tried calling no answer, then went online to the the buckle help page and talked to costumer support they said that there was basically no purchase just the alteration but I have the receipt for $91 from the store. So if it’s an in store alteration my main point is why would it take over a week and why no notifications or contact.

Purchasing jeans is never a pleasant experience for me and finding the right fit is always a challenge...until I met Paige! She was such a pleasure to work with. She was so knowledgeable and really took the time to find me the right fit. I will definitely go back!

Would give 0 stars if possible. Worst customer experience ever. Went in for pants that was priced around $25 with specific measurements and design, the salesman was pushing a $100 pair that didn't meet anything near what I had asked for and then treated me like an idiot, got in my face when I said I needed the cheaper pair and started mocking me. Unprofessional and inappropriate. Needless to say I didn't get the pants and wont be back till they fix their staffs behavior. If you're reading this go to Scheels or zumis instead, both stores were more than welcome to help me out and I happily bought more than one pair of pants from each.(Totaled about $300 but I'm 5 pairs of pants richer)
