Went into this branch to pay my truck and setup a auto payment. Now they have no record of it? They have no idea who did it or nothing. My payment didn't go through and I had to wait on hold for like half hour to sort this out! Unacceptable customer service.

Jami Anderson at the WI ave location has been amazing to work with. Going above and beyond to help me through a mishap with my account. Communication on her end was great, did what she said she would do in a timely manner. I never leave reviews, however Jami impressed me enough to make me want to leave one. I appreciate all her help. I highly recommend working with her.

The worst experience I ever had with a bank/credit union. They think it's okay to pull money out of your account and notify you afterwards. The customer service is awful. Closed my account today.

The tellers at this location always treat me like a criminal suspect. I am a normal white male mid-twenties who dresses in casual business attire, not sure what always causes the suspicion or if this is how they treat everyone. I've never overdrawn my account and they always have substantial balances. I worked at a bank for a year when I was in high school and customer service was always #1. I have called before with simple requests you would expect of a Credit Union/Bank and have always been met with resistance and expectation that I will take care of it myself. I joined Capital over a year ago after leaving Chase which is the largest bank in the world however I was treated much better there. I will be closing my accounts and moving to a different credit union soon. The only positive I can say about CCU and why they get 2 * is their android app and website are very well made. Very intuitive and easy to navigate, much better than most of the other local credit unions.
