My wife and I have been loyal customers since day one. You’re not just another car—you’re a familiar face. The staff is friendly and attentive, and on the rare occasion there was a small issue, Eric and his team handled it immediately and professionally. That kind of service is priceless.
Big corporate chains like Club Car Wash may pop up everywhere, but their service, quality, and care don’t come close. They don’t know our community—Monkey Wash IS our community.

“I purchased a car wash package at the Ballard Road Appleton/Hwy 41 location today, (March 23, 2021) at approximately 10:30 am. The two ladies running the place were phenomenal. Their helpfulness with my car wash program was indeed beyond the call of duty. In this day and age, it is very difficult for employers to find good help. Cudos to this Shell station operator at finding these ladies, hiring them, and then managing to keep the on at his/her store.”

“I walked into Bregstorm to fix a busted charging port, and honestly, I wasn’t expecting much. Right away, they greeted me, offered coffee, and got to work without any fuss. You’ll notice the difference when a place actually cares about your car and your time. They didn’t just fix it; they complimented my 2024 Celestial Type 4 Performance, which honestly made my day.
While I waited, I couldn’t help but check out some of the cars around. There was a small gathering of exotics, and it felt like stumbling into a private show. I know these moments are rare, you see the cars, hear the engines, and just soak it all in. Management kept everything smooth, no delays, no confusion.
The staff knows their craft. You can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do. My port was repaired cleanly and quickly, without extra charges or pressure. They also made the space comfortable, you can grab a coffee, chat, or just watch the cars roll in. It’s a solid mix of professionalism and authenticity, the kind that makes you come back without thinking twice.
