I started going to Toucha a few months ago for my nails. I booked an appointment yesterday 7/17/25 for Mon 7/21/25 and I just received a random text message @ 6:56am!!! directly from Toucha that he is no longer accepting me as a client and that I need to find another nail tech..... LMBO! WOW! Really? What's your problem cause obviously I didn't have 1.... If my standards are too much for your skill level then that's one thing but you would think that a person would be appreciative to learn new skill's but oh well, all money isn't green at this salon I guess......

Loved this place but have to make it known of my experience, this was one of my favorite nail spots before this appointment, 6 days ago I had set up an appointment, I had been put with the nail tech Jennifer which was a new experience for me, was all going well until she hit the side of my pinky with the electric filer. I had started to cry, I didn’t know what I could say, there was no apology until my set was done, along with the safety procedures she had took which was pouring a a blue or colored liquid all over my pinky not stating what it was, I had asked and she said it would stop the bleeding, she covered a paper towel in the liquid and kept on working on my nails as well as the wounded one. I had asked if there could be possible infection seeing as she didn’t cover the wound properly and kept on working on the nail. She has charged me $75 at the end of service. 3 of my nails have already broke clean off the nail bed.. I was so uncomfortable, and upset. It is just a mistake and everyone makes them, but the amount of unprofessionalism by this nail tech cannot go unheard or unknown.

Absolutely one of the best sets I’ve ever gotten!it’s the maroon and pink flowers🥹🥰
All I said was that I like 3D art and was open to whatever, and Chia delivered insanely good work. She was so fast too—my soak-off took at least 30 minutes, but the new set only took about an hour maybe ann hour annd a half. Every time I go here, I leave beyond happy. Every set is gorgeous, and I can’t rave enough. Chia is also so sweet and amazing to talk to—I’m going to her every time from now on! 🥰❤️
I added some of the other sets I’ve gotten here done by the Amazon may!she’s just as phenomenal but she owns the store so she’s a very busy women🥲

I’ve been coming here on and off for year. This could be the best place in town however it needs a very deep cleaning. The bathroom is very dirty and so is the sink area in the back. The staff are nice and do a very good job with all of the services- but it’s certainly gone downhill lately.

I felt like the environment was comfortable enough for me to go back to this spa time and time again. I even referred several friends and family to this spa and spoke very highly of it. I got my nails done here for almost a year by a particular nail tech, but my most recent experience completely caught me off guard. I went through the proper process to schedule nail appointments based on what the nail tech preferred but the last time I called, the owner picked up and hung up on me after I stated my name. I then received a text message with a personal attack from the nail tech that was completely unprofessional and everything in the text was misconstrued. It’s so unfortunate how unprofessional they handled the situation as I was a loyal customer. Due to this, I DO NOT recommend you going here unless you want to be caught up in their drama and petty behavior.

I have been going to Cartier consistently for about a year now, and they are amazing! They are considerate of my time, and don’t seem to overbook themselves which is refreshing. Highly recommend.

Went in for a SNS mani and a basic pedicure. $35 for the basic pedicure which is great. My pedicure was good - I had a dent in my big toe nail when I left which wasn’t great.
Mani went great - can’t complain.
Everyone was incredibly kind which is huge

I come here because I can usually get in last minute and had a great first experience. The last couple times I’ve left bleeding on 2 different fingers and disappointed. $20 to get my acrylics off and this is how my nails look leaving the salon. I won’t be back

Customer service is horrible. Was quoted $45 for basics full set no nail polish. Just a zig zag line down middle with two hearts on two fingers. Then they jacked up the price after the fact to $85. Refused to fix my nails. Then called the police to give a citation if the $85 wasn’t paid with NO FIXING OF NAILS. Horrible. Then the harassed my Facebook page on things from my mother and family
