I don't like talking badly about anyone or thing but I have to get this off my chest. This place is just wrong. They blame the customer when they make a mistake and it's a horrible way to treat people. I closed my account and I am not coming back. See you in the rear view.

Big bank yet horrible service. You flag my Zelle payment despite the several steps of information entry and verification of correct information throughout the process for possible fraud. Then despite you misrepresented time of customer service hours posted on your website I call and verify all my information including your code sent to my contact information and yet my money is still on hold.This is beyond frustrating and overly disappointing. Just further instills the common word about big banks not caring about the common man. Years of being a customer mean squat apparently. It being my money apparently means nothing.Got me ranting I'm so hot.

I came to this branch because I have a client in the area. I have never seen such an empty chase branch. After sitting there for 20 minutes I just left. The 2 bankers were other computers or talking to each other doing pretty much nothing. The inside looks nice but the staff is lazy. They need a staff change here. They are soo very slow and unaware of customers.

Wow! I have Never been soo dissapointed by a bank before. What is going on at this bank? The manager and banker need more technical and interpersonal training. They are like robot order takers and they are offended when you call them out on their lack of knowledge. They know very little about how their systems work and they have me call there 800 number everytime I have a question. I am specifically talking about the Branch manager Brett and Banker David. Bad behavior doesn't age well and these two feed off each others bad behavior. Train them or fire them but do something.

The branch was remodeled and it honestly looks nice but the customer service and knowledge from the staff does not match the banks upgraded interior. This place needs new bankers and a new manager.

I use to work at this branch and bank at this branch. A banker who I will not name incorrectly entered the wrong address when adding my wife to my account. Thus, causing my account to be closed by the banks fraud system. When I explained this to the banker, in the politest way I could, the banker did not care neither did the manager. They told me to open a new account which now required a fee. So for the next few years I continued to bank here and I let them know of my dissappointment. They didn't like the fact that I sp vocally disagreed with their policies so they closed all my accounts without notice. Thus, I am telling you, my friends and family to stop banking here as well. I strongly recommend banking elsewhere. The staff here simply does not care about it's customers. I suggest banking anywhere but here. Wells Fargo is just down the road at 118 S State St. Appleton, WI.

Don't go here, gave me and my friend a hard time; I believe because he has a middle eastern sounding name, and they treated him poorly, made mistakes (severe) on his account that cost him business and clients he had been building through hard work for a decade. All because someone, completely unprovoked, apparently is petty and cannot simply perform their job when being asked in the nicest way. Chase has lost my business, his business, and everyone we tell. And they deserve it for allowing this to continue. Shame on you!

Kevin Werner is a great customer service oriented officer in this bank. Even though I have a very busy schedule, but because of his help and efficient manner, all the process was very smooth. I recommend him and this branch to everyone!

I read a lot of the reviews including the many negative ones and wonder if they do their banking at the same bank. I have been at Chase probably longer than most customers. The tellers have always been very pleasant and professional. No matter which financial institution I go to, I give them my ID. I prefer they do that for security reasons. To the person who said if you want to make a deposit, they make you write it on a piece of paper. I guess they call it a DEPOSIT SLIP. Chase has been a good bank for me and until they aren’t, I’ll stay with them.
