I just wanted to say that the branch manager here (i believe her name is Chris?) is wonderful. She is kind, quick, efficient, personable, and a joy to work with. She’s helped us with multiple things including getting my maiden name changed to married name, ordering checks, etc. she’s always so willing to help and genuinely kind. I needed my check cashed so I could get items for my home, but they were not willing or able to do this for me. The atm is constantly not working correctly. And the team behind the counter is by far very unhelpful on any transaction I've made at this bank. Chase is going into the ground and I'm ready to close all my accounts.

I closed my account back in 2029 when I moved to Wisconsin and I did it at this location because of the bad customer service they wouldn't accept my Florida drivers license cause it didn't have my address on it..I received a email come back and get 350 .00 I figured I would give another chance. Maybe new people it would be better I was so wrong. CHRIS who helped me acted as she didn't want to be at work and wasted 12 minutes typing my info in and repeating herself. She's like it's 414 and it takes 40 plus minutes to open a account you need to come back tomorrow.Last time I checked you closed at 5 pmNo one was in the lobby.It could've been done .. Ii had to tell her 6 times to give me my ID back.Because of the bad customer service again I will not be going back to chase.The bank I have now is a credit union I guess I'll just stay with them. If you don't want to help customers change your hours post it onlineWhy would I come back when I was that location now.?

Ive had My accounts with cheese for over a decade. During that time I had my purse stolen and had all the funds that the thief took out my accounts were reimbursed to me through Chase. They made me feel supported during a scary time. In fact they were the ones to catch the fact that my purse had been stolen as I got a text about some odd purchase that was made. Also, I like their web software and their phone app. Now I'd love to make more interest on my money but there isn't another bank around that would give me more interest anyway.

They need to be way faster at the drive thru. One car in front of me and it takes 20 plus minutes. This is a daily occurrence too

Great bank and customer service! Sometimes drive thru takes longer not because of staff but because of customers not being ready with their deposit or having 10 questions while you wait behind them.
