Extremely disappointed with our experience at this Claire’s location. From the moment we walked in, the staff acted like we were bothering them just by asking about getting my daughter’s ears pierced. They were not friendly at all. When we were finally helped, the employee took a piercing gun out of the trash. Naturally, we asked if that was going to be used on our daughter, and the response was shockingly defensive and dismissive: “Everything is sanitized. I wouldn’t have taken it out in front of you if it wasn’t ok.” That answer didn’t make us feel any better..if anything, it raised more concerns. It felt rushed, cold, and careless. Definitely do not recommend trusting this place with getting your ears pierced.

Made an appointment on Saturday June 28, for piercing, after we walked in, that to girls, become aggressive and said us that they need to close right now, leave the store that they need to figure out something about there stuff, we told that we have an appointment but they didn’t care. After that girl with black hair said that she doesn’t know if she will open at all, and she don’t know what will be with our appointment, so we went to another place (Banter) for what we was here and everyone was clever there and just great communication with great service. After we done, we saw that lady from Claire’s walking around with cup of drink, walking and talking with other employees around, and in the end just canceled our appointment. So definitely don’t recommend that place, don’t spend your time here, they don’t deserve your attention.

On 3-27-25 around 4pm, a friend and I were taking our daughters ages 5 and 9 to get their ears pierced. We walked into claire's and we approached the 2 employees working regarding getting the girls ears pierced. They both immediately were very annoyed and rude to us. Told us that they wouldn't have staff so they'd have to rush the piercings. We obviously said it wasn't something that should be rushed, they choose not to respond to our concerns. They were completely uninterested in answering any questions or concerns we had so we told them we were not comfortable with them piercing our girls ears. I have never had such poor treatment before. It was so bad that I will honestly never go to or recommend Claire's again. We did end up going to Banter's in the mall and had a terrific experience with them!

I was looking for bows for my hair, sometimes they have good ones, other times not do much. This would be a not-so-much trip.

I went in with my girlfriend to look at headbands and some sanrio items. One of the employees saw us and instead of greeting us, she ran into the back. After a minute a different employee came out but didn't say anything to us.
After a bit the employee went into the back to grab the girl that ran back there and told her to come out cause she had customers who wanted a piercing. We heard crying as well and soon the girl came back out.
The whole time we were looking around we felt like we weren't welcome in the store. We just got stares as we looked at items, like we were doing something wrong. Finally we had enough and left.
I love Claire's cute items but this store needs to get friendlier staff.

My daughter had her ears peirced and one fell out the next day. We managed to get it back in only for it to fall out and get lost again a few days later! Brought her back and they re peirced it for free. Amazing customer service. Thanks again for all the help!

Made us wait for an hour to get my nieces ears pierced, then they skipped over us because we “weren’t there” and they “couldn’t find us” when we were standing right next to the piercing station watching another girl get her ears pierced. When no one approached us, we went up to the counter 5 minutes late due to the previous girl being scared in which they told us their excuses.. while filling out paperwork with people who did not have an appointment. They told us they can’t remember everyone that walks in, and asked if we’d like an appointment for tomorrow. Yeah.. because Claire’s is my first choice for piercings and not an impulse lol. The staff just has no customer service skills whatsoever.

First half of time in the store was great-DUE TO the courteous, helpful employee.Second half mostly checking out, different employee, completely rude, couldn't even be bothered to say "You're welcome", couldn't be bothered to say ANYTHING after I thanked her multiple times. She def doesn't need to be there. Hope these girls are being recognized for the efforts they ARE and ARE NOT making to their jobs, individually.
