Walked and was greeted a receptionist and she asked what we were there for, and then had someone else take of us in less than 3 minutes!;It took only about 8 minutes for us to get our deposit box out of the vault and check what we were looking for and then exit the vault and leave the premises!

, they claim in their ads they'll work with you to make lt work for a loan. In my recent experience it is very untrue!!! I bank with them but not for much longer.

Came into the Richmond st branch to open an account. Grant one of the member service representatives was extremely nice and knowledgeable. He helped me setup the accounts and get a cashiers check for a large amount to pay off my car loan. He is great and deserves a raise!

Funny to see people complaining they don't meet criteria for loans like they are entitled to it. That's just how it goes... I don't get upset when I get rejected for a loan, after all I am asking for money. I search elsewhere or re-evaluate what I am asking for. That's the nature of getting a loan. I have had a pleasant experience here. I feel like some of the previous reviews are from people who are coming from big banks to this local credit union and expecting their online support and technology to be on par with the big banks. While that would be awesome, I think one is out of line by expecting that. It's a local credit union... if you don't understand what I am saying then perhaps you should look up what a credit union is and how one operates. Set your expectations correctly and you won't be so disappointed in the results.

So close to switching to fox communities after speaking with the morning crew here. I literally have a long list of confirmation#s of transfer I do over the phone and they decide to make it such a hassle. Poor . . . Veeerry poor customer service here

Trash rep members who don’t even know what to do with their jobs. Can’t even explain properly how to work their policies. The rep members especially Joshua Thulien likes to hide things. He does not tell you or explain to you everything you need to know about loans, mortgage, debt cards, etc. none of them rep members do. I would not recommend this firm or the rep members.

Horrible customer service and rude tellers! I have been banking here since early 2016 without incident until this last month. I lost my debit card on Sep. 16th and promptly ordered a replacement. The first card never came so I called again and the customer service phone rep did not apologize or convey any empathy at all. It was HER idea to ship a new replacement card to my specific branch well over 10 business days ago. I agreed and had it shipped to the RICHMOND ST, APPLETON location. I went this morning and asked the even ruder teller for an update and she said the second card was shipped to my home- which is not true. I called customer service again and the lady sighed and said "let me check with plastics" and put me on hold for a very long time. She said just keep waiting and never apologized. Whatever. There is NO reason it should take over a month to get a replacement debit card! I use my card to pay my bills including my rent and I run a small online business that has been on hold since this occured. Not once was I apologized to for the delay or offered any other resolution than "keep waiting". I am done! I will never bank with Community First again and will forever try to dissuade friends, family, and strangers from banking here. Train your employees better!

Community First is among the biggest supporters of sodomy in this area, as they are platinum level sponsors of Pride Alive. Close your account(s) if you find this repulsive, and let management know exactly why you're going elsewhere. Since there are many worthy causes that could use help, why does Community First insist on supporting such wickedness? They deserve a zero star ranking.

I have been banking here for several years. Great service, friendly people. Good interest rates for loans and mortgages. Went in today with a few issues on my statement. They were very helpful, fixed everything up for me. Even helped me download the CF app and set it up with fingerprint recognition. Quick and easy.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This goes out to Commie First as a whole. I have been banking there since a small child when my mother opened an account for me. Over the last few years, I had been scammed out of money (literally hundreds) by them "changing policies" and making changes to my account without notification to myself. Today was the last straw, as it happened again.

Things were great until they updated their system. I have no access to any of my accounts. I am currently on the phone for help & number 32 in line. I thought this was going to be a smooth transaction. Unfortunately, being out of state really has its downfall.
