Community first is complete trash. They have routinely inconvenienced me because of so called fraud protection. I've made purchases from the same place over and over but all of a sudden it's fraud. Complete garbage. You should go to verve or anywhere else. They make no attempt to help matters but instead make things completely worse. Costumer service sucks tremendously!

Went through the drive thru to cash’s $30 check from an over payment of a medical bill, and the teller asks me for my account number which I unfortunately don’t have, as I do have a unique name as well as several large value accounts I figure I should be pretty easy to find, eventually I am asked to confirm my identity with a birthdate or address, which many people could know, she never asked for my drivers license. I’m retrospect I should have sent it through with the check, but I’m shocked she didn’t ask for it.

Witnessed an absolute HERO of a teller help a an older man who was clearly being scammed. She even spoke to the scammer on the phone and asked him pointed questions to try and convince the customer gentleman that the scammer was lying to him. She really went the extra mile to protect him.In my own experience, they also went the extra mile to help us with the loan end of things when our closing was moved up. They really do “find a way!” I will never bank anywhere else.

We've refinanced our loan a few times, but this last time, Jenifer was phenomenal. She made us laugh and that's really important when you have to take out a loan, in my opinion. Made us feel like we belonged. I will always request to work with her as long as she works there specifically because she is just so awesome. Also. We would like to request a stop and go light for her office for when it's time to sign the loan, and some air horns, so everyone in the office can enjoy the loan being finished! Seriously, if you need to get help with a loan, please consider CFCU because they are there for you. ❤️
