I went in over 2 weeks ago to close an account and open a new one. I also changed my address. I called 16 days later to see where my debit card was. I was working with Jennifer. Not only was there no debit card ordered I was told I had to go in to changed the address, again. Nothing was set up. They also returned a check I had specifically asked to clear. This branch is awful. I guess I should have taken in to consideration when I arrived that morning there was a man waiting to be helped and the staff was all in a conference room laughing and talking. He was waiting for at least half an hour, finally got up and left. I also waited but thought I was being helped. I will not be returning here to fix this.

Always get rude service when I go inside to the lobby for deposits. I have to do deposits almost 2 times a week and they are always super rude to me.

This bank does not care about people. I was having hard times, got an overdraft fee and they threatened to close my account and send it to collections. Awesome compassion.

I usually work with the depere branch. However ran through drive through here to deposit money for my husbands business. The teller put the money in the wrong account, even though I clearly spelled out the name of the business that the account was under. Now they tell me that they cannot reverse the transaction. Not happy with the customer service of Nile in collections, or the fact that they never even apologized for their mistake . I would give zero stars if I could .

The tellers and bank staff here are very helpful and knowledgeable! Taking a loan is quick and easy. I also bank down the street at Associated bank, because they running a promo where you get $100 if you open up a savings and checking account. And that was the worst hundred dollars I’ve ever had to earn. It is such a nightmare banking there I dread it every time. It’s a far cry from being spoiled at Community first .

Great staff..helped me with so many issues inc!luding one with an insurance company that on my own was dealing with for 20 years...know me by name very professional and sensitive to your needs.My dog loves the drive thru..believe it when they say they find a way...you have a problem it is taken care of...I have always gotten great service.

Have been banking here for almost 8 years. I am very happy with CFCU. I have had accounts other places and no one cares and gives the customer service I get here. The team at the Darboy branch is great and I plan to continue my banking here for a long time. Thank you for always going out of your way to put the customer first!

Ive usually had a good experience with this bank over the past 6 years. However this particular branch i found to be rather rude. I went in today to ask about a small personal loan to help my credit. Karen seemed very disregarding of my position and request. I felt as though i was a nuisance to her work day by requesting this loan. It felt highly unprofessional and very rude altogether. It irritated me to such a level that tomorrow ill be talking with another bank and setting up an alternate account and permantly ceasing business with community first. I feel my money is valued more elsewhere.
