Had something messed up in my settings. Went in without an appointment and they fixed in 5 minutes. Didn’t charge me anything. Have had my battery changed but here in the past as well. Always friendly, knowledgeable, and fair priced.

We bought a pair of IPad pros in December 2022. 10 months later and 2 weeks apart the power interface failed and they would not take a charge. The folks at Computerworld diagnosed the condition and facilitated replacement. Excellent service and support, I’ll go there to buy all my Apple gear going forward.
