I brought in 4 kids. The older 3 are chill but my youngest son is a FIRECRACKER! Tracy did a fantastic job, all the girls did so wonderful and didn't make me feel bad or awkward for the way 4 kids kind of take over a place. Given my kids are *pretty* well behaved we are still LOUD and they made us feel SO COMFORTABLE AND WELCOME. I will always try to go to Tracy for my youngest son. Very homie and comfortable place. I'd give it 10 stars if I could lol ? usually I cut their hair myself so I KNOW how hard that was ♥️♥️♥️ little wiggle worms. Thank you ladies!!!! You just got a loyal family of 8!

My 3yo son and I had a wonderful and silly time getting haircuts. Even though he was being difficult, our stylist did a wonderful job with his hair. Mine turned out wonderful too! Yay!

I needed a haircut today. I went to Costcutters with no appointment and was greeted and welcomed with open arms. Only waited 5 minutes and got my haircut and out the door. Thank you.
Hair type: Short hair. They trimmed my hair and it was awesome

The stylist was very personable and we had some good conversations since we both have similarly aged children so talking wise the stylist made for a comforting experience. But I do have to say as far as the actual haircut i was not pleased at all. To the point that I had to just have it all buzzed off, which i thoroughly disdain. I hate to throw shade on someone but honestly the cut I requested isn't difficult and she couldn't even do that. I dont know what the stylist name was and I don't want to put a bunch of hate on her because she was a delightful person to talk to, but to be honest she did not perform the haircut I requested and I've been to this location multiple times and have never had a problem until this instance.

Been here 3 times...each time I'm told the stylist I had quit. Yet no one called. Today I went for my appt only to find out the new stylist I had also quit as did the manager. Again no call. Not only did I not get a call but my name was not registered for an appt today even though I had an appt card. Never never never have I experienced such a shoddily run operation. Never again. There's clearly a management problem.

Showed side and front picture of a haircut I had done here before basically a pomfadore with a skin close fade.
Basically I got a buzz cut with a lil on top not to the length I wanted. I couldn't tell them to stop because I have really bad eye sight and had my glasses off till the end. Very disappointing how this shop has gone.
Requested style: Pomfadore with skin close fade on the sides.

I am not one to complain about things but I have to address this. I went in on 5/15 to treat myself to a haircut and dye job. I love the hair cut but it was the dye job that I have to address. Cheryl was my stylist and she’s amazing at the cut she did but when I asked for the dye something went wrong. Somehow when they went to dye my hair it was changing to a lighter shade than what I asked for, by the time they saw the mistake my head was already covered in the product so they saw that then rinsed it out. My head was burning at that point but I didn’t think nothing of it at that time. The second time they dyed my hair it was the right color but at this point my scalp was getting worse and I couldn’t wait the full time required for me. I have never had this problem before so I never complained. I did call about what happened and they said they will get back to me as soon as they hear from their manager. Again I am not one to complain but these pictures will tell you that this was a serious issue.
Cheryl you did amazing but this dye did something to me that it shouldn’t have done and I am just addressing that issue, nothing else

I am so very upset that Jackie is not at the Northland Ave. location or with cost cutters anymore. She was an amazing manager and the heart of that store. She will be missed. I know her loyal clients will not be going to cost cutters for services anymore.
