Not allowing night before drop offs is against common sense and common courtesy. You're not in New York where there's some statute of cars overnight. Wisconsin decent people standards requires you to be better than follow crappy corporate rules.
Paged a manager on the radio 3 times that never showed up. Really wanted to get new tires on my 12 year old minivan but leaving that overnight is too big of a liability and there's no way around it for Costco.

Fantastic place. They were able to repair my Costco purchased tire which had a nail in it super fast at the last minute on a Sunday evening. Peter and Ethan really went out of their way to get us back on the road.

Would not honor warranty 22k miles into a 70k mile warranty. Showed tire rotation that they requested. Even wear on tires. Tried to say one side was more worn down due to roundabouts. Do not recommend.

Repair was not done properly for a flat tire and had to go to another shop later.

I had all 4 tires replaced and I did not make it 5 miles down the road before I got a flat tire. I called Costco and told them I was coming back to have it fixed and they were not apologetic. It is extremely unsafe to send a customer away before ensuring the tires are fixed correctly. After they fixed the tire they did not even clear the fault codes.

I always get my Michelin tires here. It's a bit of a wait for rotations because they book back to back. I don't think these guys take breaks...very busy but treated good

Decently priced tires with good service. Need a membership but the Costco memberships are worth it if you will use it for more than tires.

I don't typically write reviews but will for this circumstance. We purchased a set of tires online from Costco for our daughter's vehicle while the tires were on promo. We could have purchased elsewhere and had new tires put on the same day as purchase (in full transparency, the price elsewhere would have been an additional $80), but my wife preferred to use Costco for the ease of taking our daughter's car there while making a regular shopping trip and any after installation maintenance (tire rotations, etc). Installation at Costco Tire Center on Integrity Way was scheduled out approximately 3 weeks from the purchase date. 11 days after purchase the order was canceled by Costco as the tires became "temporarily unavailable" on their website. To be clear, the tires were available at time of purchase. There was no option to wait until tires were available and keep the order in place, just an email cancellation. At this point the promo had expired as well. After 15 minutes on chat support and 30 plus minutes on the phone with customer service it was said that I could purchase a different model of tire from the same brand and after purchase reach back out to Costco to get them to honor their initial promo. Unfortunately, they did not have a tire that I was interested in substituting. We'd done much research on tires (have this same tire on another vehicle we own) and went with this specific one to be proactive with the safety of our daughter. We decided we weren't interested in a different tire from Costco. Instead, we opted to go to a different local tire dealer in Appleton where they have the tires in stock. It's costing us around $180 more that the Costco tires when you take into account that all promos for the tires have since expired. The good news is that we gave Costco a shot, learned the process stunk, and don't have to consider them for tires in the future. It's an easy decision for us to never purchase tires from Costco again, and if you're considering them we'd strongly suggest you ensure the tires are in stock at your local warehouse or you may end up wasting a lot of time and a fair amount of money in the long run. Or, make an even smarter decision and just look elsewhere from the start.

I am going on a trip soon and will need numerous vaccines. Jeremy Skarda (pharmacy manager) spent a lot of time explaining to me what I needed to do to get the vaccines. He was very thorough and great to work with. He is a big asset to your company!

The tire shop did extensive damage to my vehicle from improperly mounting and balancing my tires. I had brought it back a few times to correct the issue, and I was told everything is fine. I took it to a mechanic (30+years in the trade), and they stated all issues derived from the negligence in the tires. A claim got filed, and the claim department acknowledged that damage occurred and still isn't going to cover the damage. This is pitiful when Costco has gone above and beyond for the most frivolous things, but when they make a real mess, they won't clean it up. I would recommend looking to other facilities for your tires if you care about your vehicles integrity.

When calling to order a cake from the bakery, we were told you cannot order by phone you must do it in person. When arriving in person we were informed the bakery has been closed for three days and would still be closed because of construction. Why did you make us come in person to tell us it was closed? Wouldn’t it be more customer friendly to tell us on the phone?

Terrible customer service? Went there with my son , picked up a pretty big order, he had never been! Forgot my purse at home, so my son said he would pay. They would not allow it! New policy! Wouldn’t budge on a onetime allowance! And were pretty rude standing in front of cart like we were thieves! We left everything there and walked out! Will not be going back! And they lost a potential customer in my son, not a good experience! Thus I will not renew my membership, thankfully it’s almost ready to expire??

I got tires at Costco 30000 miles ago. A couple weeks ago I went in for what would’ve been my last tire rotation due to they’re getting close to low tread. To my surprise I got a call stating they would not rotate the tires and the warranty was voided due to uneven wear due to alignment issues. The funny thing is this was never pointed out at previous rotation appointments so I could have the problem addressed b4 they were voided . I paid good money for 80k mile tires and now they’re junk after 30k the only reason I gave 2 stars cause I thought the original deal was a good deal so I guess I’m wrong again.
