I called and said “I have a question for you” then they immediately told me to call back in an hour and hung up. Not being able to answer a single question is absurd.

I've had nothing but issues with my Samsung Galaxy. I have been through 3 chargers. Apparently the charger and cord are not included in the warranty. I went to the Appleton Wisconsin Cricket Wireless store and it is now closed. Everything is gone and the phone does not work!!! Your website says the the store is open but it is not. How do you expect to run a business when you keep pulling the rug out from under your customers?

Jaylin, hope I'm spelling correctly, was so helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. I purchased a new phone off Cricket website and needed to transfer my stuff from old phone. I've been a Cricket customer for over 5 years, and I love their service.

My husband’s phone was being weird and funky but this amazing soul of a human helped him figure out the situation. Her name is Stacia. She has been there since my husband got his new phone. Bless her soul!!!

I'm big when it comes to privacy. With that said the building is a big room with little in it no other noise so voices carry. While I was in there the staff voice could be heard clear across the store and another customer came up standing right behind me and I had to ask them to step away they said they didn't care about my info or how much I was paying but I felt it was none of their business and they didn't need to be right on us.
