Fantastic, friendly facility for our fuzzy friends. Finally a vet clinic that has the pet-love and experience we've been searching for since moving to Wisconsin four years ago. The entire staff is welcoming, patient with our energetic doggo and clearly passionate about animal care. It was wonderful to not feel pressure to be up-sold, nor to be patronized like we've found in other more corporate-type facilities.

I'm frustrated. Everybody is so nice, but I took my dog in for a teeth cleaning this morning and when I went to pick him up, I was presented with an $885 bill! That is crazy. I already had to pay $107 for a pre-dental cleaning physical, a week before. They didn't give me a call to inform me what their findings were and could they proceed! After the fact. They said he needed 2 molars extracted(one with an abscess), the other they stated, was loose and practically fell out, yet they added on xrays, extra time, extra anesthesia, oral surgery and pain medication. Then they don't even give you the teeth, that were pulled. They stated that they were thrown away and that the garbage was already emptied into the dumpster. Sounds very suspect, to me! $1000 and all we got is our beloved pet back with stitches in his mouth. Nothing else to show for it! I'm very unsatisfied.
*Note: My dog did not have bad or rotten breath or any indication of pain anywhere on his body, let alone his mouth, nose, ears or licking. Now I've lost my trust in Crossroads Vetinary Clinic.
I expect some sort of action, partial refund or credit. I'll be waiting for a phone call.
