The only reason I gave this a 2 star was because I truley do love their tanning beds. However, at the beginning of covid I called to cancel my membership and they asked if I would like to pause it and I told them no I would just like it canceled.... apparently they kept charging me once the store opened back up for about 5 months and when I called and complained the lady was super rude about it and told me she would have the manager contact me, which she never did. So a few days later I called back again and luckily i got to talk to a manager and she was kind and stopped my payments however there was nothing they could do about the previous months which made me upset because I know for a fact I canceled my membership. I’ve been going there since I was old enough to tan and I’ve always been a loyal costumer until now. I refuse to use any more of their services.

I emailed cutting edge to see if there spray tan deal was only Wednesdays or I could use it any day. They said yes you can use the $15 tanning deal as long as you show it on your phone. Once I had arrived she said there prices went up and the website isn’t updated ? The coupon says until December 31st 2020 and I emailed your company the day prior ? Seems updated to me ? And on top of it I couldn’t see my spray tan at all, what a big rip off.

I only tan leading up to a beach vacation. I have to say that the girls behind the front desk are so friendly and nice that I almost don’t want to go on vacation! Kudos to them...I don’t think I will ever go anywhere else.

I was the stylists first appointment of the day, she showed up late and was not apologetic. Then, though it is included in the price which was not adjusted, she NEVER washed my hair for my cut and used a poor excuse as to why she didn't and forgot that I scheduled waxing for my face (lip and brow), so hadn't turned on the wax warmer for the day, waxed me last minute then sent me into the world with a red face (if she had done it first, it would have had a chance to relax before facing the world). She complained about her children's father, their school and everything in between including the Kardashians. I will NEVER return here.

I just got my hair done by hailey for the first time and I’m exteremly satisfied with my hair cut and styling my hair looks amazing and she did an amazing job I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a perfect hair cut
