I've been a regular at this CVS for a while now, and it's been mostly a positive experience. The store's location is ideal, easily accessible and convenient for those quick stops when you need something in a hurry. The aisles are well-stocked, and I've rarely had trouble finding what I need, from toiletries to snacks and even last-minute gifts.The pharmacy staff deserves a special mention for their patience and professionalism. They're always willing to answer questions and offer advice, which has been incredibly helpful on more than one occasion. It's clear they genuinely care about the customers' health and well-being.The store is generally clean and well-organized, making shopping here a pleasant experience. However, it's worth noting that while the selection is good, some items can be a bit pricier compared to other nearby stores. But for the convenience and quality of service, I often find the slight premium worth it.Overall, this CVS does a great job of providing a reliable, convenient shopping experience. It's become a trusted go-to for my everyday needs, and I appreciate the effort they put into maintaining a welcoming and helpful environment.

I would like to give Aaron in the pharmacy an excellent review; I needed a refill of a prescription I was completely out of which I would normally get through mail order. When I called Caremark, the person told me CVS could need to call them to have it transferred. I called CVS and explained we would be passing through on our way to NW WI, and would they please fill it for me.Aaron called a few minutes later and apologized because he was told Caremark already filled it, so he was unable to fill it for me. I was disappointed since I would not be able to pick it up, but I appreciated the fact we didn’t waste a stop.Can’t say much for Caremark, however, since I explicitly told them I would have a CVS fill it…

It seems like every cashier or front desk person at the pharmacy part hates their job because they're all so bitter and unfriendlyWe are switching our pharmacy to place that is nicer customer service

Go anywhere but here!!!What a God-awful experience with their overnight pharmacist Kevin!!!Don't tell someone to call back regarding their post-ER script & then leave them ON HOLD FOR 50 MINUTES!!!If you KNEW the answer...have damn courtesy to call them back asap so they don't sit up until after 2AM! ...ONLY TO BE DISCONNECTED AGAIN by doing the, "Hello? Hello?" routine on the phone - only to then hang up on the customer!Unbelievably UNPROFESSIONAL!

Got a text saying my script was ready. Pull up to the drive thru, waited 20 minutes behind someone else. Seems they weren't willing to wait. I get to the window, guy says it's going to be 10-15 minutes. An HOUR later guy does not communicate whatsoever, not a care in the world. Drove off without scripts. Why text notification for pick up if no one going to give you your scripts?! RIDICULOUS

CVS savings and quality of products available is incomparable.Great store…great associates… Super clean environment and very organized.Current review (08.03.2023);I had the best experience with your customer service representative – Jonathan.I was so impressed with his overall demeanor, POSITIVITY, professionalism and complete and utter friendliness that I requested to speak with his manager, Nick.I communicated to Nick the above comments regarding Jonathan as he is truly an asset to CVS Pharmacy…a model associate for your business.This location is my go-to…always a great experience, items are in stock, overall store is very clean and organized, and would highly recommend anyone driving the extra distance to come to this location!Past review:The pharmacy specifically needs to hire more workers… On several occasions only one individual is working and they are busy busy busy. Because only one person is supposed to do everything - such as answer phones, answer the drive-through customers, tend to the in-store customers… You can really tell that whoever is working, is stretched very thin. Don’t get me wrong… doing a good job, but there needs to be more than just one worker.Review two years ago:Love love love this place and the savings that the ExtraCare program has saved me. Joel is an associate that works here that is not only super friendly but very helpful and product knowledgeable! Congrats to whomever hired him. He or she made a great choice !

Went to the pharmacy for the first time and they refused to let me pay without insurance because my insurance was being werid. Went back the very next day and got my prescriptions perfectly fine

My mail order Px screwed up again and CVS came through with a 7day refill of a drug I need to function. The person a spoke with by phone tried everything until she could get it to go through. This has been a lifesaver. I will probably transfer everything back to CVS from the mail order place. The service there is practically non-existent. Thank you CVS.

I would NOT recommend this pharmacy to anyone. As a person who routinely calls in prescriptions for a health provider I have never had a good experience here. Our patients are always calling back to say the pharmacy doesn't have the prescription we have left on the voicemail. To avoid that today I hit the option to talk to the pharmacist, waited 17 minutes to talk to one to rudely be told she can not help me I need to leave it on the voicemail. I spoke with a tech earlier who asked me to hold when I told her I needed to call in a prescription, not sure why she wouldn't tell me .I couldn't do that instead of holding for 17 minutes.

Worst pharmacy I have dealt with. The last time I had a prescription to be refilled I was told, not so nicely, that there was other insurance, so they would not fill it. Not only that, but the technician copped an attitude. I had been having trouble with a primary insurance that was from years ago showing up in the system and not allowing me get refills. Now it is all straightened out, on my own, and I will go to a local pharmacy from now on. It's just as well, because the last time I was at CVS I gave that technician a dose of his own medicine. Ha, ha.

I'm using the store near me more and More. Open 24 hrs , I get Scripts, plasma debit card free ATM, Capital one debit and deposits and quick shop for house essentials !

Worst place I have ever dealt with. Constant issues with them not checking for new prescriptions. Went in for a vaccine and was 17 minutes late due to an accident. They refused to do it. Literally any option is better than this one.
