for the price, I’m paying at this CVS for items. I expect an employee to check me out. I will not be using the self service check out unless you’re gonna give me a discount! I am not an employee, I am a customer! Time to put the things back on the shelf and go to festival food and buy what I need there. Manager, get your head out of your butt and start staffing the checkout!

The store was clean and organized. The employees were so nice and helpful. I love the positive attitude and how they made you feel special. CVS is a great place to shop.

They withheld my mail! I moved from California in Dec. I enrolled my kids in online school and their school items got delivered to them. The school addressed them to my children. I’m also recently divorced and my kids have their dad’s last name NOT mine. When we went to pick up they told us they needed id, when we explained to them that they are minors under 13 they have no ids and my situation they refused. I proceeded to show them mail from the state addressed in my kids name to the same address matching the two packages they still proceeded to refuse to give us our packages. I then told them I have the court orders with their dad’s name, my name and my children’s name showing I have full custody they STILL refused to give me my kids school supplies. I spoke with the manager over the phone and she also refused to hand over our packages. This is frustrating and so unprofessional that even with all the proof that they are my kids packages they refused to give it to me. I am a single mom recently divorced so I don’t have my kids last name. My kids are now going to have to start school not being able to be prepared because of the rude people working there that would not take the time and understanding the situation. I even told them they could take a picture of my ID to have on file Incase of anything. This is so upsetting!!!!

Online prices for the store are cheaper than in store by a lot. Beware and check online for same day pick up. You'll save a tons of money. Manager refused to price match online store price. Told me to buy online so I did and he then had to bag my items all within a 5 min time span. So not only do they not price match their own adds then customers have to jump through hoops. Nice CVS.

Checking on a prescription that was ordered yesterday at the Oneida Street CVS and had the bad luck of talking to a guy named Zach in pharmacy who was rude and condescending. Not a good reflection on the CVS brand.

This location consistently provides the worst service out of any pharmacy I’ve ever been to. It takes in excess of 8 hours for them to even acknowledge prescriptions for antibiotics prescribed to children, and when you inquire as to what the delay is, they scoff at you in between their gossip referring to how terrible customers are. Incompetence doesn’t even begin to describe how this pharmacy is run.

I went to cvs on oneida st Menasha..on April 1 2024. Around 6 pm .I had the nicest guy .don't know if he was a manager. But I asked for a syringe for my dogs medicine and I pick up my pics I ordered.
He went up and beyond to help me find what I needed. So I hope he remains at this location..great customer relations A+.. Thank you so much ....

My husband & I always place pick up orders at this CVS since we always get great deals with CVS even though it’s out of the way for us. The young girl who usually works the register is always kind & we’ve never had any issues with the front store staff of this CVS.

I had to go there for a UPS pickup I forgot how nice those stores are! The guy that helped me get my package was also super friendly, It was a great experience for a pharmacy!

Garbage rx in every way. High prices, utterly fatuous arrogant parasites at the window and in the store.Everyone in our circle of friends and neighbors hates these people with a passion and has switched to Smith or Walgreens.When medical professionals and learned patients refer to corrupt big pharma, this disgusting corporate rx is EXACTLY what they're talking about.I worked for KCNS, Freed's Omnicare as an rx tech, in med records and as an IT lead. And Home Care Pharmacy in Kansas City as a med records lead. My fiance was a clinical systems data administrator and IT support pro for OC.We understand pharmacy administration well. CVS is rotten to the core. Grade: F.
