Sometimes the wait time is too overly long. But they are a great and friendly team!

Every CVS I’ve ever gone to, has rude/Dismissive/lack of caring/Order errors, staff etc. Rarely ever do I leave a negative review for a business, but I am so tired of the lack of good customer service, even basic/good customer service with CVS. From the lack of a friendly greeting, to dismissive interaction, to no thank you/have a good day at the end, It leaves one feeling unappreciated and Bother. I included a photo as proof that I was there.

Easily scheduled vaccine appointment online. Check in was just as easy. Received my vaccine within minutes of check-in. Highly recommend CVS for vaccinations.
My state registry info has always been updated promptly.

Despite having good people, CVS has finally turned the Target Pharmacy into a CVS in every way. Long lines, mistakes and bad service.

The first part is a sincere thank you to the and pharmacists and pharmacy techs at this location…a group of people who are over-worked, understaffed and INCREDIBLY under-appreciated. People who have worked together, helped fix snags in my prescriptions and call me back (and a pharmacy who STARTS closing at their closing time, so when I show up at 7:59 they can still give me a critical script instead of being shuttered and inaccessible).
You’ve made my life less stressful and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate it.
The second part is for Wendy.
Aside from the above, and sometimes going above and beyond that.
The kindness, compassion, empathy, and patience you’ve shown…towards someone you’ve never even met.
Has made my life a better place.
You’ve made my life a better place.
Because those traits aren’t things a school can teach or a diploma hands out.
Those are things built or instilled on an incredibly personal level.
At a time where our society showcases so much hate, indifference, division, apathy, and selfishness?
Wendy is out here quietly showing the very best in humanity.
That gives me hope.
And it deserves, at the VERY least, a few minutes out of my day to make it known.

I had to wait far too long to check in for my vaccine, and after check in. A mother and her daughter who attempted to cut in-line, was given their shots before me when I was before them in line. Most concerning is that the pharmacist on duty appeared to be sick (I heard her coughing and sniffling, was masked but still), and did NOT wash her hands between vaccines. I had to ask her to wash her hands before giving me the flu shot. Unacceptable! I was wearing a mask but this still makes me uneasyI did not like the lack of privacy of the vaccination area. I’ll go to an actual CVS store for my next shot. Really disappointed with my experience

Called and asked if they would transfer my meds from Walgreens, and the staff member in the phone was polite and very helpful!

While the automated system gets a zero (it kept hanging up on me and I hadn't even gotten to all the choices yet? ) on my third call, I was able to get through to the staff. She was very friendly and told me my doctor hadn't called in my prescription yet. Saved me time not going in yet. I'll follow up with my doctor.

After leaving the pediatricians office today, I shopped at Target, and stopped off at the pharmacy. I kindly asked where I might find Oatmeal Powder (recommended by child's Dr.). The person at the pharmacy counter was short with me, rudely responding "I don't know what that is. We don't carry that."I was quite taken aback, to say the least.I understand not having something at your location, but please don't treat me, a customer, as though I just kicked your dog because I asked for some assistance with finding a product.Chances are, I won't make the mistake of seeking assistance from or using your pharmacy in the future.

I had a pharmacy associate that was extremely rude and lectured me about the rules of getting my prescriptions

Before I left the doctor's office I received a text from CVS saying they had the prescription and were working on it. It also said it would be about 2.5 hours before I could pick it up. Then it asked if I wanted it expedited. As I was in the area and my home is a bit away I chose that option. It wasn't 15 minutes later I got another text telling me it was ready for pickup. I like this system.
