Was able to get a Rx refill about 1000 miles from home with no hassle, as if it was my local CVS. They have a great system between stores.

Very disappointing experiences with this CVS. I'm working overseas and to get a refill mailed to me takes a miracle. I was having difficulties accessing their link on my phone, I called numerous times to request delivery but I was unable to speak to someone and had to leave messages, then they'd call back and leave a message, so I would call back and leave a message, etc. Ridiculous! I'm back visiting for a short time, I saw my doctor and asked him to put in a request to refill all my prescriptions and by the next day they only refilled one. Excuse me? I said I needed all the prescriptions and they said if I'd wait an hour, they could prepare them for me. What??? I am completely disappointed and don't plan to do business with this pharmacy. Ever.

Was looking for moderate adult incontinence underwear for a patient. They had them before for sensitive skin, but no more. Disappointed.

The CVS pharmacy, located inside Target, at 4301 W. Wisconsin, in Appleton has a team of pharmacists, and techs, who have demonstrated their care for my health -- and furthermore my ability to have positive results thru the application of various medications ordered by my physicians.
They actually greet me by my first name, seem glad to learn the medications are effectual, and even know little particulars about my personal life. It is delightful to have them on my "care" team, as professionals.
I could speak to additional positive interactions -- although, I hope you appreciate my sentiments.

Prescription prices are high at this place. They seem to be higher than they are at other stores in the area.

This location is better than you would think (since it's inside the mall)! I have never had to wait longer than a couple of minutes (typically there is no line or there's one person), and the pharmacist I usually speak with is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful!

Staff have no idea what they are doing. I have been in four times for the exact same prescription and each time I've ended up paying it different price. Each time they've figured out how to reduce their initial absurd cost but today they couldn't figure it out

I got a call today (Saturday) at 9:44 am to come pick up my prescription. I go inside the busy Target, fearful because of potential exposure to COVID-19, at 11:20 am and what do I find? The CVS pharmacy is not even open!!! Time to move my prescription to a pharmacy that cares about its customers.
