Horrible customer service. They hire contractors that complain all the way from their work vehicle to the inside of my house. Complains about having to do his job. Their contract worker wrecked our new refrigerator, and blamed it on us. They had to send the ACTUAL D&M flooring install guys to actually start the job 3 days later than scheduled. Plus, THEY didn't even finish the job completely, and have refused to finish it up on MY builders request. $13k for flooring, you could at least finish the job properly. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.????

D & M was the best! We built a new home. Laurie and Kate were very helpful, kind, courteous! They listened to our needs and worked very hard to accomplish our goals. The flooring for our home is all from D & M. I have already recommended them to our friends and will continue to do so! Thank you!

My wife and I recently had vinyl installed in three rooms of our house. We, as we always do, got several estimates and impressions of each of the establishments we visited. While D & M wasn't the lowest estimate, they worked with us to make the deal attractive. What was important to us, but of greater importance to us was the professionalism displayed from the beginning to the end.
The salesperson, Laurie, actually listened to us and showed us examples of what we wanted, unlike the others who had an agenda of their own and pushed that rather than meet our expectations. Her depth of knowledge was quite apparent and helped us make our decision easy.
The next person we came in contact with was Chad, who came to estimate the amount of material required and assess the condition of the floors to be covered. We had opted to tear out the old flooring and he gave us suggestions and even lent us his personal tool to get the job done. When I completed the removal he came out again to ensure that all was ready. He came around again to make sure all was going as it should during the installation. He did an excellent job of caulking around our fireplace which made the transition from fireplace to floor attractive to the eye.
Finally and certainly not least were the two installers, Steve and Rob. What can I say, they showed up on time each day, worked tirelessly without stopping, manufactured different transitions into rooms that weren't being upgraded that fit in well with the look we wanted. They worked well as a team and were meticulous in making sure each plank was placed correctly and in a random fashion which enhanced the realistic look we wanted. They completed our living room on the first day and that gave us time to admire our decision and we looked forward for the next day to see the completed project.
My wife and I are extremely pleased with our purchase and are enjoying the new look. I would have no problem recommending D & M to my family and friends. We felt our needs were taken into consideration at all stages of the project and completed with level professionalism that is rare today. While it is true that we could have completed the project with a lower price, it was in our opinion offset by the quality and expert installation that will allow us to enjoy our house for many years to come.
Again thank us guys, trust me you did good, my wife, Carol, is quite pleased and trust me that's hard to do.

D&M did the counters in our kitchen, and the tile work in out kitchen (backsplashes) and master bath remodels. Outstanding craftsmanship by skilled trades that treat their work more like an art. We liked their work so well that we also had them do the carpeting in a couple of bedrooms while they were here. Extremely pleased with the results!

Laurie was fantastic! Our bathroom tiling project was three years in the making, and she patiently assisted us for months in selecting the correct tile for our needs. The installers were knowledgeable and skilled. We are pleased with the final product!

We are just completing a kitchen remodel and D&M made it almost painless. We worked with Laurie D. as a designer and she was so patient and helpful when we were trying to find a flooring that would complement our trim. The installation team went above and beyond. They even called us to let us know that our cabinets were not installed correctly and would make our flooring look crooked. They were timely and efficient and cleaned up after themselves. We would absolutely recommend D&M for your flooring and tile needs.

We love the style of our new carpet and received many compliments on it. We also had 2 bathroom floors replaced with LVT and those floors look amazing as well. D&M has done all of our floor updating with LVP and we will be looking to them when we replace the last of our old carpet. The installers do an amazing job as well.

I’m am so glad I decided to go to D & M
for my flooring. From the time I stepped in the store til jobs were done I was so pleased with everything. Not just for their knowledge and expertise but for their kindness and going the extra steps to make sure I was happy and the jobs were done perfectly. Laurie was such a big help in picking the right flooring. It’s like she just knew what I wanted. We are so pleased with the carpeting and carpet runner for our basement steps. We did not want a pad underneath the carpet, seeing it is the basement.. We discussed our options and went with 2'x2' carpet squares. If we didn't know they were carpet tiles, we would have no clue. The best part with going with the carpet tiles, is if something happens, you pull up the square and replace it with another one. The runner matches the carpet tiles. Makes our basement look very inviting, warm and comfy. Thank you to Max Johnson, for recommending we go in to see what they had to offer.

From consultation to installation D & M has been first class. We found the showroom to have ample selection and the sales assistance to be knowledgeable and professional. Scheduling and communication were perfect and we are beyond happy with the installation; courteous, neat, efficient and a really professional looking installation. We will definitely be back!!
