DS Storage is the best!! Units are clean, well maintained and well lit. I have been with them for years now, they are incredibly easy to work with and very responsive. I highly recommend DS Storage.

I have rented storage units from DS Storage for several years now and I have to say I cannot imagine a better renting experience. The quality of the units is top notch. You can tell it’s not their first time building and renting units like this. Very thoughtful layouts and reasonable prices. What impresses me the most though is the quality of communication. If I need anything dave is always quick to respond to calls or texts. If I need something fixed it is done the same day or the next. I run a tree service and this has been a perfect place for me to park my stuff out of the elements and keep my livelihood safe and sound. Thank you Dave for such an amazing experience!

I have been renting two large units for several years now and I am very pleased with them. Very secure units. Snow is removed in a timely manner making it easy to access year round.

Unit was dirty when we received it. Owner of the units is rude with no customer service at all. He only wants your money!!! Still waiting on the security deposit that I never received from him. Place is a complete scam and would not recommend this place. Save yourself the money and go some where else that is better taken care of.

We highly recommend DS Storage! If you're in the Shawano area, definitely rent these state-of-the-art new buildings (w/water permeable asphalt) at DS. There's never even a puddle. It's well-maintained from snow plowing to lawn mowing. Easy in and out even for a semi! We've never seen evidence of a rodent or even a spider. Our stuff is always clean and dry. We've rented several units there for a couple years and have zero complaints. We talk to our unit "neighbors" and they say the same. Thank you, DS!

Owner uses substandard locks that break and lock you out of your own storage unit. Owner takes unreasonable amount of time to get a new lock/key which is just another substandard unit. In the meantime, you have to pay to not have access to your property. Units are insecure, regularly wet and moldy, and ownership doesn't care about their customers. Very much not recommended.

I have had my car stored with Dave for 5 or 6 years. He checks the lot often and has called me if something looks out of place. Have also seen police patrol many times. He is the best!!
