Dealership had check wheel bearings. Had a humming noise I believed to be wheel bearings. Told me it was my steering rail and not the wheel bearings and said wheel bearings were not loose. Steering rails don't hum with speed. Brought truck to DC Auto and verified that indeed 1 front wheel bearing was loose and the other was just loud. Mechanics at dealerships just trained to plug into the computer to troubleshoot. Mechanics at DC Auto actually do mechanic work and look at the mechanics of the vehicle.

Did amazing job on my truck. Dropped it off the night before my appointment cuz I had to be at work during the appointment time so I wouldn't be around to take it. They pulled the truck in way before the scheduled appointment. Got it done in amazingly fast time and the price was fantastic. They did a Wonderful job on the truck. Called me and told me what they were gonna do and updated the price so nothing was hidden. I would definitely recommend and come back again.Service: Transmission

This family business went beyond all expectations. They had the specialized equipment needed to safely deliver our disabled motorcycle to a dealership 225 miles away. Also drove two hours out of their way to take us to pick up a rental car. Thanks again Kens for all your help.

I've been to DC several times and what keeps me coming back is the no pressure honest assessment of concerns about my vehicles upon inspection. When finances allow for repair to be done, it gets done at DC. Today was quick service while I waited. I'll be back to have brakes replaced. My first time here and they did a great job, had an oil change and rotation do. In and out in a timely manner with recommendations on some minor things to keep an eye on as my car is getting up there in age . Great friendly staff.
