The African American female with glasses needs to be fired because of how she acts. This place needs more people to work. Everytime I’m here I sit for 40mins or more. By far one of the worst places to go in the United States. I’d rather sit in jail than sit at the dmv. I’m almost passing out sitting here for my number to be called. It’s stupid and just ridiculous here.

The DMV is such a quick and easy process now if you make an appointment online. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes.

16 people ahead of just to check in..one person working that desk meanwhile they have only 3 people working the counters for people who checked in. What a joke!!

Touchscreen test computers hardly work. Made me fail a test by not selecting the answer is chose/changed to. Staff was rude and unprofessional and also wouldn't let me retest because of their faulty equipment.
