Not once have a picked up a order when it said it would be ready in 15-20 minutes on time. Usually over a hour. Last 3 times I've ordered I had to take photos. Not cut, no sauce, ripped pan pizza from someone Not knowing how to take it out the pan. Just wow.I tried to work for you guys last year to help out. Took 3 weeks of you guys ignoring me after I got the job. Just turned in my uniform at the point. New management nothing makes this place any* better.

We had a carryout pick up at the drive through on West Calumet last night at 5:45. The young man who served us is one of the nicest people I've ever encountered. I wish I would have gotten his name. But he sure has a great personality and terrific customer service.

Took us 1 hour to get a pizza and a ready made salad..I had 3 people ask for my name and what my order was, and 2 never showed up again..the 3rd actually got my "order started".

Ordered ahead on app waited over an hour they didn’t even start order. Would let me cancel order over the phone was force to drive to restaurant to cancel order. In total spent an hour 130 and they didn’t even start the pizza yet.

We used to order Dominoes an average at least a month, sometimes more before they got rid of the 2 or more 2 topping mediums for $5.99. They also killed all my rewards after not ordering for a few months, and also won't let you use gift cards when you plan an order out ahead of time. Spent too much time messing around on the website, I'm just going with Little Ceasars instead.

We ordered online at 4:45 and the website said the order would be in 1-1:30 hours. At 6:15 we called because it stopped counting down and they said it would be 3 more hours..... No explanation or apology. Not acceptable.

I put in my pick up order at 4:30. At 5:30 they told me it was just going into the oven. No prob. Went to pick and save for some things. Came back and it was finally ready. Not sure what went wrong but the people were friendly and at least I meditated this morning

Dominos on calumet sucks! And there management there is worst yet I waited an hour and a half for our order then I called to see where my order is they said oh it will take another 45 min , I told her to cancle the order and it would take a few more days for my money to go back on my card . I said you took it out rite away i want it back on my card today.. she said it wasnt her problem and she said it wasnt her problem that my kids had to be fed before bed time ..i put the order in at 3.41 and its 5.35 now...talk about unprofessional business i can see why they have law suits going !! Work company ever they deserve to go under!!

Came in on a Friday night after work not thinking how crazy busy it would be. When I walked in the manager was entertaining two little girls as they watched him making pizzas. He talked away to them and answered all their questions while he hurriedly worked to keep up. I was impressed!When the manager heard it was going to be a 50 min. Wait for my order of one medium extra cheese pizza he said, one that simple i can pop right in the oven and my order was done in 15 mins. Great service!
