Avoid Returning a Vehicle to This Location
I strongly advise against returning a vehicle to this location. My experience has been extremely disappointing and has completely eroded my trust in Enterprise. Initially, I was contacted about a supposed 2-inch dent on the door — even the claims office acknowledged it was barely visible. Then, two weeks after I returned the vehicle, I received another claim regarding a dashboard defect that was never mentioned during the return process.
These questionable and delayed claims feel dishonest and have made me seriously reconsider ever renting from Enterprise again.

Enterprise at Appleton Intl Airport always has great service led by Heather and her team. The construction at the airport won’t stop me from renting at that location.

I was involved in an at-fault accident on Saturday in an Enterprise Rental Vehicle. To say that I was a little shook up would be an understatement. I called Enterprise and was fortunate to speak to Vanessa, who was kind, compassionate, understanding, and most helpful. Her care during an unpleasant experience was outstanding, and they had me out in another rental just a few minutes after I arrived at the Airport location. I can't thank Vanessa and the staff enough for the way they took care of me.

We flew into Oshkosh,Wisconsin and was so pleased that Enterprise Rentals was still open waiting for us to get our rental! I had called and updated them on our delayed flights getting in. We were so relieved to see the light still on right at 2 AM. That we were able to get out rental and on our way to our stay after a stressful day of flight changes . Plus the car we rented was perfect ! Very clean and was great on gas mileage! I wish I got the employees names but they should be rewarded for great service! We will definitely use Enterprise Rentals again in the future!

Great experience at ATW. Pickup location in Chicago messed up my reservation and Lexi fixed it at 7am without any issues.

First time renting a vehicle from them and the experience was nice and fast. The service associates were so polite and did not pressure me into adding insurance for the vehicle. I was talked thoroughly through everything to where I could understand the contract. Thank you very much!

Upon check in, I needed a credit card even though I was paying in full with my debit card. Heather was patient while my husband came to the rescue! We weren’t flying, if we were flying we wouldn’t have needed a credit card.While cleaning out vehicle after our trip, my husband got a fishing lure hook in his finger…(we don’t fish.) they don’t clean these vehicles well.. so be careful. McKenzie was kind enough to take off the cost of one rental day for the injury.Thank you Heather and McKenzie for your knowledge and excellent service. We look forward to renting with Enterprise for our next adventure!

I had a reservation and arrived one day early. Guy said the car was there but wouldn't let me get it a day early. Never using your overpriced service again.

Unable to reach staff during a family emergency to contact family member to inform them. Have tried multiple ways but there's no other way to reach any staff at Appleton besides this review.
