Was at Express in Appleton this week and experienced terrible customer service and absolutely filthy fitting rooms. The store associate never acknowledged me upon entry, even though we were next to each other. I asked for a fitting room and she still never spoke, I even thanked her for opening the fitting room and she said nothing. The fitting room had clothes all over it and the floor was covered in tags, size stickers, tissue paper, and plastic wrap and was dirty. I kicked garbage around to find a spot to remove my shoes to try on pants. It was so gross, I came home and put my socks that touched the floor there, in the laundry! Definitely not the Express store it once was.

Went to Express in Appleton recently to bring back a pair of pants. One person was working the counter and a few others were organizing clothes. The man behind the counter never said hello to me or even looked at me for 10 + minutes. He was helping a woman that clearly was an off-the/clock employee there because he handed her the keyboard to fix something. And they were chatting about work. I could have been invisible. The other workers never offered to help and just kept on organizing clothes. Premium brands need to teach how to deliver at least basic customer service. I truly could not believe how there was such a disregard for customers. I guess clothes organizing and scanning is way more important than helping a customer.

The manager, Angela, was extra thoughtful in the store when I was shopping. She went above my expectations and made me feel welcomed without the pressure of having to purchase. She gave me space and offered fitting rooms to not just me but the other customers in the store as well. She made sure I was able to use all my coupons and discounts, even ones I didn’t know I had! The shop was very clean and organized which made it easy to shop in. Enjoyed my experience, will definitely be coming here first whenever I’m in need of shopping.

Kind of disappointed with what’s happened with the store. There’s new management and the customer service and organization of the store isn’t the same. They also no longer price match their website, which they used to do when Trish was the manager.

Today, my husband and I went into this Express store looking for a formal but classy looking suit. Unfortunately, the jacket size was not available in the store, so we asked the associate if he could order the correct size online for us. After we did not receive a confirmation email validating the order, we returned to the store to see if the sales associate could produce one for us. The male associate that placed the order called customer service to try and get the order number and a receipt printed. After he was unsure how to do this, he asked for his managers help. This woman was extremely rude to her employee and us as well. Her response was, “well I don’t know what to do. You figure it out.” Due to this negative experience, my husband and I will no longer shop at this express. Hopefully Greenbay will have an Express with better customer service.

You have lots of good clearance items. But I'm sort and my hands get tired being up for so long, also my neck for looking up. Items on the floor are always good and well kept. Dressing room can deff use a remodel and deep cleaning.

Love express! Definitely one of my favorite high end brands. The workers I've interacted with are usually nice and the store is kept pretty clean and neat.
