I have been using them since late July 2024, and they've been very courteous every step of the way! Recently I called about my bill and the gentleman on the line was very helpful and understanding.

It was really easy to line up getting the storage unit and set up automatic payments. Just wish there were more doors for loading and unloading, considering how far away the back units are from the entrance.
The price is a little higher than I would like but when there’s no one else calling back, you take what you need.

The saga continues.....
So after calling was told they would lower the price by $30... Started off at $75/month in less than a year period it has jumped to $235.
Then after being told they would only charge me $205 they did indeed charge me $230. I only had $205 left in that account as I was changing banks anyways. So of course it didn't clear so they charged me $50 flipping dollars (and my bank charged me $35) extra for their mistake. Then would not refund me the difference!
If I could give them negative stars I would.
Stay away from this business. Literally go anywhere else.
Fast forward......
They have now in less than a year raised the prices by OVER $150. Absolutely insane to raise prices 2x in less than a year period and by that much.
I've been with ESS for roughly 5 months now and from the moment I walked in to sign the paperwork have had the best experience.
Having previously owned my own business I am big on customer service. Unfortunately, a lot of companies & employees have seemed to have forgotten how to treat their customers.
Not here though, I am always greeted by warmly and they even remember previous conversations we've had. How often can you say that nowadays?
The facility is always clean & well lit. Temperature controlled so you aren't dying from the heat or freezing.
Sounds cliche, but I legit feel appreciated for being a customer. If I could I would give them 10 stars!

Very clean climate controlled storage with a drive through door tall enough to drive a moving truck into. The staff was professional and the online pricing was more than reasonable. Thanks for helping to make our move easier.
