Worst place to do business they charge 25$ just to book the appointment for installation and then they change the date not only once or twice, they make you lose your time they didn't have the courtesy to answer my phone calls to let me know that they don't have the parts for the installation on the car as they promised . After 8 weeks late from the original appointment they finally did our corvette c5. I will not return or recommend it at all.

First made an appointment with a $600 deposit for a simple sub and head unit. They called me the day of the appointment and said that they were over booked. While i waited for my second appointment i was made aware of some shady business in the past so i went back to get my deposit back. Went in and was told that the boss was on vacation and would be gone a month so i waited until then and went back again. I was told the boss was off again so i came back the next day and supposedly just missed him played this back and forth game with them for 2 more months still just trying to the boss. Finally after the 8th time i go back still no boss by the way, the employee said to sorry no refunds. No where in the store does it say no refunds i was not made aware of it at the time of my deposit either. So now i still have $600 sitting with them. Do not do business here crooks and liars i will be filing a claim against them.

Went there a few months ago to get my door speakers replaced on my VW. Speakers were replaced, and functioning, but the people that installed were a little careless. Chipped plastic on window button covers, one of the window buttons was not even working after the installation, small gap in the door panels due to them not put back correctly, making the speakers rattle during some songs. Contacted the owner to get the parts ordered and have him fix it, but it kinda just got blew off, going to get it fixed some way else.
