Optometrist was great, very quick and knowledgeable about everything. If you are here to buy glasses be prepared to take at least 30 minutes of waiting for someone to help you. Extremely busy, needs more employees

The entire staff is incredibly helpful and Anna is my eye glasses bestie! She is so helpful and patient! Everyone is super helpful such as for an adjustment because my glasses are slipping or perhaps I scratched a lens and need a new one. They're always quick to serve and cheerful about whatever you need. I have been going for about 5 years and it's always the same staff, which in this day in age is rare! It's great to get to know the people who take care of your eye prescription!

I went in for an inexpensive pair of glasses to have a spare pair, and came out with 2 for less than the price of 1! I was helped right away and my glasses were ready quickly. Overall, exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend to check it out.

Everyone there was very nice. Although it is my fault for not reviewing my receipt, I specifically asked for anti-scratch lenses. They aren't, again my mistake. Considering the outrageous price, I wrongfully assumed.
I will never give them my business again.
The optometrist I saw needs to visit a hearing center before they should be able to return to a vision center.

Overall I have had great service from Anne and Alayna, but a few weeks ago I was in to pick up my daughters glasses and as I am waiting for the gentleman to clean and size my daughters glasses another female coworker walks up and and the man says where is Alayna and the woman snarkily says she's in back claiming she is not feeling well sitting back there and he says again and the woman says yeah I don't know, but it was very obvious they were speaking unkindly about Alayna whom I have had nothing but positive interactions with. I just think that it is very unprofessional to bash a coworker in front of customers on the sales floor.
