Staff not very helpful. Nobody really hete to help you out. I will use UPS from now on. Fed ex staff needs customer service training.

I have been here several times at different times of the day and I am so pleased with the consistently excellent service. The employees are helpful, patient, and friendly. I refuse to use anyone else for printing or shipping.

Useless. They saw my item was large and heavy and started looking for reasons to reject it. They landed on "We can't accept batteries here." Then they started making something up about licensing and regulations of the retail shop.. said they can't even have items like that come through their door.
I had a prepaid shipping label.. from their company. FedEx accepts it, why can't they? Ridiculous.

I had a horrible experience at another FedEx location - but thankfully not all locations are the same.Shanna, Ernest, Beth, Hannah, David, and Wendy were literally amazing. I can't express that enough.Not only did they help with the order that was printed incorrectly by the other FedEx location on the East Side (3212 E Calumet St Ste A,) - they went above and beyond to print the order correctly and honored my coupon code from the initial order.Usually, when I print orders, it's for my business. But this particular order was for a gift. Again, the attention to detail that Shanna, Ernest, Beth, Hannah, David, and Wendy showed was simply fantastic.So, if you had a bad experience at FedEx - it's probably just the location. I was very impressed with the College Avenue team, and will be back again.

I’ve come to this location multiple times and have always been impressed with the friendliness of the staff. Ernest has helped me multiple times and is always so kind and quickly takes care of my shipping needs.

Decent FedEx print shop with shipping capabilities. Service was decent and they are located in a convienent location. Worth a stop for shipping or printing needs.
