Fedex is just as bad as usps, they have had my package for 2 weeks now just looked at the tracking no e mail need to change address and there website is useless so I called can't do anything or the phone either what a joke I have to contact the seller to hopefully get them to change it. Last time I'll use fedex..

Absolute joke, I paid extra to have my package expedited and they changed the delivery date without contacting me. Seems like the driver lied and said they tried to deliver but my wife was literally looking out the window the whole day waiting and never even saw the truck. We talked to 4 people that day and got 4 different answers as to what was happening. Mind you this package is worth thousands. I called the next day to assure that I would receive my package and they rushed me off the phone and told me it would be delivered. My wife called back 30 mins later and was told that the package hadn’t even left the facility yet and that we would have to come get it. What do we pay you for?? It seems that this location is privately owned which explains a lot. Get your stuff together!! (Still have not received my package)

FedEx customer service is a joke. I have had a package stuck at a hub for 3 days. It gets loaded on a truck daily and goes back to the hub each night because it's in the wrong town. The customer service line guarantees it will be delivered each day. I explain it's stuck in the wrong city and ask for the hubs direct line. They said they can't give it out because the they use a mix of numbers and letters to call and it's not a 10-digit number. I have tried to escalate the call and get the same run around. So much for local support.

I don't know how an overnite package takes 5 days to get. They message us 4 days on a row with a delivery date, and it never shows up. Then I tell them if it it isn't here by a certain time we will not be home to get it. They try to bring it anyway. What a waste of time and gas. I wonder if this happens often.

Should be zero stars been waiting on a packages that supposedly been on the FedEx delivery truck for 2 days now saying it’s out for delivery wasted the past two days (5/29/25 -5/30/25) sitting at home waiting on a package that said the same thing the last 2 days delivery expected between 9am to 1pm and then by 5pm and then by end of the day the last 2 days have said that same thing and now on day 3 (5/31/25) and it says we’ll add a delivery date once your package starts moving but the tracking says it’s out for delivery the FedEx out of Appleton Wisconsin sucks

I had a delivery from FedEx on vacation hold, and of course they continued to deliver to my home despite getting an email from FedEx that they got my request, so I had to drive back to pick up this item from their shipping center. I absolutely loathe any business that uses FedEx for delivery. I would rather get delivery by Pony Express. To be fair the staff at the shipping center was nice that is why they got one star otherwise 0 stars
