I stopped here on a Sunday because I was here from out of town and needed a screw removed from my tire. They were very busy but a gentlemen said he would try to help me. He got the screw out, and thank goodness it was a very small one, and he even marked the tire so just incase it would begin to leak, they'd know where to repair it if I had to bring it in closer to home during the week sometime. He was so kind to me and would not let me pay him anything!! If he only knew what my appointment in town was for that day, and what I've all been going through in life....it was like he was sent from above. I never got his name, but I hope he reads this and remembers helping a lady with a little screw in her front tire. You helped me more than you know!!!

I am so grateful for the service we received today from Brandon at Firestone. My vehicle died at a nearby fast food restaurant and I came to Firestone to buy a new battery. Although not something they would normally do, Brandon offered to come help install the battery to get us back up and running quickly. This was greatly appreciated more than you know! Will go here for future service for sure!

I went in for a free tire rotation, but the tech found another problem involving my oil being over-filled (at a different place for my last oil change) If they hadn’t found the problem, it would have led to much bigger issues.I appreciate the attentiveness to detail and honesty with me about the problem.

I have used Firestone for 15 years and in different Cities and States. The Customer Service is always the same wherever you go. Friendly, accomodating and extremely knowledgable!

Went there with a cpl issues. they fixed them in a timely manner considering the severity of issues price was fair. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly I would definitely recommend Firestone auto care. Well done 5 stars all day!

Booked an appointment online only to receive a phone call from the shop saying corporate allows them to be triple booked for appointments and they have to call people and tell them they can't get service for the time they booked....this is extremely poor business practice especially for someone like myself who was depending on this appointment for an oil change before they went on a cross country trip starting in the morning....do better Firestone.

The cost of repair was double the amount of the quote,and I wasn’t contacted before going over my quote, on repairs. The repair atleast fixed the problem atleast.
