Generally we really like Fleet Farm, but today we tried to return/exchange a patio deck storage bin (that literally falls apart if you move it) the person in the customer service dept. could not figure out how to refund us since I had used reward points when I purchased the item. So we were told to come back a different day, after she signed our receipt. This is crazy, I have "reward points" at other stores and have never had this issue. So now they have our money still and the item. I'm on the phone with corporate now trying to get this resolved.

Never ever ever get a fleet farm credit card. This is the worst card I have ever had. Nothing but problems with it. Fleet farm should be embarrassed

My family and I have always been big fans of Mills Fleet Farm but the current Marketing is causing lots of problems for us. The first problem occurred when we saw a great deal in the Flyer that came in our Oshkosh Northwestern Sunday paper. We saw a great deal on weed n feed and went to the Oshkosh Fleet Farm to buy it on Thursday,(4 days after we got the ad) Then when we went to pay for it the price charged was not the advertised price! It was explained to us that the Flyer was not in effect until the weekend AFTER we got it! This week I saw a great deal on bird seed in the Flyer and that Flyer said the price was good through 1/31/24. But the bird seed was in a Three day flyer that was inside the other Flyer and it expired on 1/28/24! THIS TYPE OF MARKETING IS DRIVING US AWAY FROM MILLS FLEET FARM. Please consider a simple clear cut Marketing.

We have to highly recommend a employee that goes beyond a regular employee performance. We were having a difficult time trying to locate an item no matter where we shopped. We went to Fleet Farm on Sunday & the guys couldn't help us at all. They said they didn't have this item & we left disappointed. Today we thought we'd try a weekday & Robin B completed our order & gave us the new card discount in a quick manner & super friendly. We couldn't believe her professionalism and efficiency. This is all in the Automotive department. She truly deserves recognition. A star employee at the Muskego, WI., Fleet Farm. ☆☆☆☆☆

We just received in the mail the annual Toyland brochure and find the need to scan each page on our phone to see prices is very inconvenient and certainly not customer friendly.

Terrible prices, and somehow even worse leadership especially at the Oshkosh store. Constantly out of basic or advertised items, terrible customer service from “department” workers, and an overall lack of urgency or care from just about everyone that works there. Save yourself the headache and go to a competitor, you’ll end up there anyways after you find out Fleet can’t stock it.

We shopped at Waupaca store today, August 19, 2023. Spring water 24 pks on sale for 3/$9.00. Grabbed a case, and it amongst other cases on the pallet were full of bird feces.

Was to the Germantown Fleet Farm and needed a scooter. The self check out lady was very helpful. She watched my walker while I shopped. I was wondering how I could shop with my walker and she made it very easy. Was so thankful for her extra effort to help me.

I ordered a package on Thursday at around noon time. I paid the 50 bucks for the expedited shipping. Still getting the damm package in like 4 days. You'd think if they offered 2 day shipping it would be two day shipping

Do not buy any trailer or vehicle from Fleet Farm that needs to be licensed or registered with DMV. I bought a trailer and have tried for three summers to register it. This is also a place that does not answer the phone.

I've been trying to get a refund for $105 from an online charge that I n ever received, since OCTOBER 2021. I've contacted them 6 times, and have still not received a callback with a solution since November 2021. I'll be contacting the Better Business Bureau to report them.
