Stephanie did a great job! I was greeted and taken care of immediately. I got to have the foot scans and she explained what it meant. I was able to try shoes on. Even run in them! I am excited to have shoes that are comfortable and fit my needs. Thank you!

I HIGHLY recommend Fleet Feet in Appleton! Their customer service is second to none. Shopping for my son's footwear hasn't been the easiest process in the past. But the foot and stride scans helped us understand his specific needs, and allowed our super nice sales attendant, Stephanie, to pull 3 options that were perfect to choose from. While he could've ran on a treadmill in the store to test them out (how clever!), she let him try them outside on the sidewalk to make sure he liked how the shoes felt when he ran. Two of the 3 felt great (colors of the 3rd didn't let them make the try-on cut), and a side-by-side comparison on each foot allowed for one pair to rise to the top. Stephanie also gave us a heads up about his stride pattern once he starts packing on the miles. As a less-than serious runner, I didn't know these scans even existed! And despite getting running shoes from another decent shoe store in the past, I will only be shopping for my own running shoes, in addition to my son's shoes, from Fleet Feet moving forward :)

I am not at all surprised by all the good reviews. I was in the store twice this weekend and both times the assistance was fantastic. We were able to get my 13yo fitting for a good pair of shoes and inserts just in time for XC camp. And Lisa even gave him tips to help avoid shin splints this year. We live several hours away, but this is now our go-to whenever we are in town. Thank you!

I had such a great experience at this location! They were so friendly, and were able to unexpectedly accommodate me. Amy was so lovely, and it was a really warm and wonderful space to find a great set of shoes that really helped my quality of life!

Went browsing at Fleet Feet looking for a possible walking shoe. I had not planned on making a purchase, just looking at options and had already been to several stores, as I have several issues with feet and knees.
The lady who greeted me asked if I had an appointment, I did not. She proceeded to assist me anyway, using technology to analyze my feet and walking pattern. I was surprised to find out one foot had a very high arch, while the other was very low. Was never told this before and this information helped to explain a lot of things. My high arch was collapsing, affecting the ankle and knee and opposite leg as I was favoring one side over the other.
Denise took A LOT of time with me, fitted me with several options of shoes and arch supports. I found one shoe with a support that gave me relief in my knee that I had not had for many, many months. It is shocking that relief could be experienced so quickly.
Everything is not back to normal yet, but I am very happy with my purchase of shoes, arch support, socks. I highly recommend Fleet Feet and I would go again for the excellent personalized service. I would also recommend taking advantage of setting an appointment.

Great store with knowledgeable staff. They have a really cool machine/platform that gives you specific information about your foot structure (length, arch height, etc) and with this information they can suggest the best shoes and/or insert for you. Besides footwear they offer a great selection of clothing, running gear and nutrition options.
