Had to get to get towed twice in two days. I wasn't present when the car was towed the first time. The second time, I was a bit nervous since I called at 7:30am hoping to have it taken to a dealership to get serviced at 9am. They managed to get me over there just a couple minutes after 9. The guy driving was super kind, very quick with everything, and even dropped me at the front door of the dealership instead of making me walk around the building where the car was dropped off. Very positive experience when the circumstances were stressful.

We’re scheduled with them for a tow for next day. The next day called me to verify info and then no show. I called back and they said they aren’t coming and AAA will find me someone else. I could’ve been waiting still if I didn’t call they probably wouldn’t called to inform me that they don’t want to service my car.

8/11/23 I blew a tire on my RV on HWY 41 south of Green Bay on a Friday late afternoon. With the fast traffic I did not feel safe doing this, Fox City Towing sent a brave man named David. I had car problems late at night and they were one of the few available. Called them and in short order they were able to come and even had some suggestions on where I might want to take it for my issue. Was able to get my car on the rode and get back home. Brandon from Fox City Towing came to my house to help me with my car. He arrived very quickly and was able to get my car hood out from underneath a shelf so we could open the hood. He jumped the car so I could drive it to get a new battery. He was super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I had a very positive experience and would use Fox City Towing again if needed.Services: Battery service

These guys are amazing! I’ve unfortunately have had to get my car towed a couple times and these guys were on top of it. They are super friendly and extremely quick. Each time they got it done way sooner than I expected and kept me updated along the way when I couldn’t be there. Thank you for your hard work!
