OVER A MONTH AND STILL NO DEBIT CARD! Forgot to send it out the first time. Had to call and figure it out. They sent it to the wrong branch the second time. Had to call to figure it out. They decided to mail it out from the wrong branch and it was never received. Had to call and figure it out. Another card was sent out and still not received after 7+ business days. Had to call and order ANOTHER card. They’ve been sent on “priority” too. By the time this card is received it will be almost hitting the 2 month mark. No one has been accommodating or actually wanting to help. Not having a debit card is the most inconvenient issue. Work checks are supposed to be direct deposit and have to be reworked and printed because...no debit card. This is absolutely absurd and I’m so disappointed. Booooooo

Love the credit Union. People are great to work with. Friendly, knowledgeable and concerned for you. Unlike the other credit Union on the radio.

This bank is just an inconvenience switching back over to chase only because of the lack of availability. Its hard to get help from this company when they are only open during the hours normal people are working.

Hello. I did not want to post on facebook but had to say that I am very disappointed in the service my mother in law and I recieved yesterday close to 4:30pm. We walked into the Lawe street branch and the young gentleman said that their was no one in the office to help with our car loan question but saw the branch manager in her office. So, he called the calcumet branch office and he said they were all full and booked for the day. So, he called the branch on Wisconsin Ave. and said Chris from the Wisconsin Ave. Branch was able to assist us. We got there and he had no clue and said he was busy as well and said for us to come back tomorrow. Sorry to say that you guys lost business. We walked into US Bank and they were welcoming and helped us get a car loan. Being a previous Assistant Bank Manager myself, your staff needs alot of customer service training. No matter what, you never turn a customer away and even its close to 5pm, you should be willing to help your customers. I am glad I am with Community First and Capital Credit Union, who values their customers and don't turn them away.
