Trash credit union closed my account without notice mailed a check to me and when I tried to deposit a mobile check I couldn’t deposit it anywhere else because it had FCCU written on the back of it horrible place in the mobile app I wouldn’t of had this issue, but they decided to mail me a notice after I tried to deposit my check I hope they rot

Came in to open an account. Sat in the lobby for 30 minutes while they took other people that just came in. Eventually just got up and left and opened an account at community first. Their loss I guess.

Online banking is terrible here. The app or website never work when you need them to work. Servers are constantly down

This bank is one of the worst places I've ever worked with. long term customer, but they have lost it & can't seem to get it together. They are constantly messing up which account money should be going into out of our families 3 accounts. Then when I write a check or make a payment the account bounces and they charge me fees.On numerous occasions I went to use my debit card and found out they shut it off without notifying me due to attempts hacking of their systems. I then had been left with no funds while out of state.They have put my money in other people's accounts, they have put other people's money in my accounts.Every time I go to the bank, it's something else! Some new rule of why they have to hold my funds or some new rule of why I can't choose which account I want my money or some new rule of why I can't deposit a check that was written out to me...Absolutely absurd!

I was only there to assist my brother in unfreezing his account because he didn’t know what to do it, and mcKaren face lady replied “Is this your account?” “Am I talking to you here?” And was rude. I did not enjoy her customer services. I forgot her name but she wasn’t the friendliest.

The number of stars in representative of the work Mike Pastorelli puts in while helping members of the credit union purchase a vehicle. He is an amazing man to work with as well as kind and thoughtful person that cares about the members of the credit union. He helped me purchase a vehicle after mine became unsafe to drive that was within my budget and local to where I lived. Bravo Mike. Thank you for all the help! I was unable to find a place to post this to share with other members so I hope that this could be forwarded to him or even a supervisor. To individuals considering using the Auto Buying Service, Mike is wonderful, you'll love working with him!

I really don't mean to be the one to complain. Then when it comes to talking to customers or as you call us members. Attitude is not necessary. I was waiting patiently. I only hit the call button on mistake but I got someone that said "yeah what do you want", at me. I was just thinking wow her tone is uncomfortable. I was just turned off from accidentally pushing a button and just was not expecting someone to grouchingly go yeah what do you want. Please work on how you approach people.

OVER A MONTH AND STILL NO DEBIT CARD! Forgot to send it out the first time. Had to call and figure it out. They sent it to the wrong branch the second time. Had to call to figure it out. They decided to mail it out from the wrong branch and it was never received. Had to call and figure it out. Another card was sent out and still not received after 7+ business days. Had to call and order ANOTHER card. They’ve been sent on “priority” too. By the time this card is received it will be almost hitting the 2 month mark. No one has been accommodating or actually wanting to help. Not having a debit card is the most inconvenient issue. Work checks are supposed to be direct deposit and have to be reworked and printed because...no debit card. This is absolutely absurd and I’m so disappointed. Booooooo

branches are great. how ever there new online banking stinks. mobile is not working. can no longer access information through quicken. very disappointing for a credit union there size.

So disgusted with the changes of Fox Communities; their online banking changes are terrible, today they put my checks into the wrong account "again". When I went back in 10 minutes later they couldn't even fix it! 1st of the year we will be switching all of our accounts to a different credit union. 27 years of using Fox and they have lost my business!
