Top notch. No-nonsense staff. Never a problem as a frequent customer ever since they started up. Do a little research before you come in and start asking the most un-informed questions. They're reasonably patient with beginners, but help yourself out by doing a basic internetz search first. Don't waste their time and yours.

Basically told me the gun I wanted to order wasn't in stock even though I showed them the listing on gun broker and it was in stock they told me I would have to wait for a call untill it became available which made no sense, immediately went home purchased and sent it to a diff dealer and now in my possession and still no call from them

Came here based on a referral from another business that couldn't handle a short barrel for threading. Was told 2-3 weeks. And $75-125 for threading $75 for brake. Emailed week 4 and was told would call when done by end of week needed parts for their lathe (understandable but didn't call to update)
Week 6 called was told it will be done tomorrow. Actual work was flawless (barrel threaded brake installed /cerakoted) rifle was dropped off brand new literally 2 days after was purchased. I got it back with a broken butt pad (looks like they overtightened and cracked it) paid $220 for work. Cost me another $60 for stock repairs. ?
Wish there was more communication. I understand things go crazy and can be out of control. I don't understand having to fix a new rifle. ?

This place is a gem! I started transferring with them about a year ago, they have always been great. I have also had things engraved there. Top notch quality and fast turn around. Definitely my preferred place in the fox valley area!
