I had to edit my rating… I saw a dress in the window the other day but didn’t have time to turn back to find it after going in and spending about $120. I decided I’d try to find it online, but am not happy about what I found.
First, the two dresses I got are half off currently, but in store they were a buy one get one 30% off. Why have such a great deal online but not in store?
Second and even more upsetting… I have $30 in rewards to use that I was never told about. They are going to expire in a little under a month so I’m glad I found it, but why are they not telling you in store? I spent so much money and probably would have turned around and gotten the other dress if I’d saved the $30. So disappointing.

Did a return with an older lady there and I felt very unwelcoming. She at one point stated she would not do the return when we conflicted over their dresses on their online site.

Like the other review there was an older lady that was very rude to us and chalked it up to having to keep the place in order but with her scolding the customers doing nothing, telling us we can't go to the dressing rooms ourselves and have to ask them when the DO NOT have a sign and we asked why and they said they aren't allowed.... What? And they talked bad about customers when we were checking out and the other older woman was validating the first for treating the customers like we were disorderly. Everyone was quietly shopping around us. It just was a very unprofessional store and I would have left if my friend didn't need a dress there. I won't be coming back unless changes happen.

disappointed because I looked online and saw dresses I liked, however, there was this older lady with white hair who told me I shouldn’t get them because “she has more experience in fashion than I do and sometimes we need to be told when we don’t look good.”
she kept insisting that I should wear lighter colors because the dark ones don't look good on me. i didn't ask for her help either but she kept coming up to me and making me uncomfortable
it entirely turned me away from the store, will be sharing with others in my life not to waste their time here

Went in this afternoon and did not want any help. Was greeted by an older lady who quickly became overbearing and invited herself into a dressing room to do a zip (uninvited). Then she went on a three minute long rant about how a dress did not fit and we would break the zip should we force it. The zip hadn’t even been done up before she got there, and she was the one to force it. She continually made unwarranted remarks about how my friend and I were “know it alls,” could not fit into dresses that were clearly the correct size (tight fitting dress will fit tightly and also had a very elastic bodice), and we couldn’t choose a graduation dress that was white.

I usually struggle finding clothes that fit my style as I am non-binary and tend to go for neutral colors, but Sidney helped so much! She helped me find the most amazing dress I have ever tried on, and a top that I felt confident in! She was super sweet as well and made my entire experience the best. :) I will definitely be returning when I can!

Can’t recommend shopping here enough! Sidney was such a rockstar helping me get ready for my party and knew exactly what to say. My little sister especially loved the cute matching dresses and I’m glad to finally have a place we can both shop!

I went in for a return. When I purchased the items I even asked their return policy and told I could return it whenever as long as I had my receipt. Today, I was told they have a 21 day policy and only can only receive in store credit. The cashier even said a snotty comment that the policy is on the receipt, which is false it gives you a link to find their return policy. I am very disappointed in the customer service and the terrible return policy. I will be taking my business elsewhere!

A cute little store with unique clothes. The only problem is that they tend to be expensive. Also, their jewelry is cheaply made. Bought a necklace at Christmas time, but haven’t worn it until now. The chain broke while trying to take the tag off, which is impossible to do.
