The staff were incredibly helpful. My son bought a Nintendo Switch and I did not know much about it. They were very helpful. They have a good trading in program. Also, their incentive program is only $25 a year.

My son and I stood there being ignored for at least half an hour (Saturday,16 March 5:20 to 5:50) while the lone female employee chatted with three guys with four or five boxes of games to sell to her. Didn't say a word to us until we walked out, and then she said, "Have a nice rest of your day!" Had gone in to buy a gaming headset, but I'm taking my money elsewhere. Ridiculous.

So this is a update to my 1 star review the employee was on break and apparently had to close the store to go on break. I understand you don't want to have an open store and nobody be in it while someone's on break and that's why the store gets closed but there should at least be a sign saying that hey we're on break will be back at this time so people don't get pissed off and write angry reviews after driveing for 45 minutes. Or have at least two people working at your store so that you're not losing customers. The only reason I go to GameStop is because it's the only place for me to get this warranty for the elite series 2 controller. Anyways for the update employee did great she came off break just to get what I need it done and also another customer that happened to follow me in. I think the problem here is with GameStop the corporation itself. If the company is having issues staffing people it's because there's a problem with the corporation and normally not the employees. I only say that because GameStop has always had an extremely high turnover rate of employees and the only reason they have some that stick around is because it was the last place they could go for a job. So I still give GameStop one star but I give the employee four stars because the employee did the best that they could with the situation at hand.

Alan is that manager at this location unfortunately He is a joke you guys are supposed open at 1000 but everything was locked even at 1040 then this acts like it's my problem that he still doesn't have the store open cause he has too poop bottom tier was gonna spend 300$ but got I asked to leave instead.which fine this place sucks anyway

Came to pickup a deluxe edition pre order of Lords of the Fallen.(fun fact) I actually never told the store clerk I wanted the deluxe edition nor did he ask me, but he thought it was a good idea to get that extra 10 dollars on the sale.Fast forward to to the pickup and I was provided a standard edition, I asked the store clerk Greg if he had the code for the the deluxe content and I was assured that the code on the receipt was the deluxe code... It wasn't. That was just pre order bonus content.Got home and my gut feeling was correct and they did not provide me the deluxe edition. They didn't even have a deluxe version in the store. They didn't offer anything except to drive back in for the credit.Will no longer be pre ordering anything from Gamestop ever again, probably won't ever stop back in the calumet store

Very nice experience. I'd recommend visiting this gamestop if you're in the area. Both members of the staff were really helpful and friendly.

Always a good experience in this store very positive environment . Also dont hang up and call back repeatedly manager (JOKING ) scolded me about it . Give it 5 or 10 mins before calling back they are busy
