Extremely disappointed with the customer service. The salesman's approach left me feeling discouraged about the product instead of confident in my decision to purchase. He also said I couldn’t just switch the shaft and head off different drivers. So I went to the Golfer’s Outlet where the guy let me take the blue Venus shaft off a driver and put it on my current head without hesitating. He made me feel confident in the shaft saying “it’s the best shaft on the market and it’s the same shaft all the tour pros are using.” Where when I was at Golf Galaxy the guy said “this shaft is very expensive” making it sound like it was too nice for me.

I had an excellent experience. Stopped in on a Sunday and was greeted by Carter. I told him I was looking for a new set of irons. I had 3 different irons I wanted to try. He let me hit those 3 choices. After asking me some questions, he came back with a 4th choice. It was by far the best choice of irons for me!! Thank you very much Carter!!!!!!

I'm done shopping with this store and I suggest others to do so too. Walked in with a broken shaft on my pxg pitching wedge. One look from the "professional" behind the counter said it all. He rolled his eyes at what's in my hands and says we don't have that here before my request. (My club has a steelfiber shaft) . I said, I know that because the last time your store repaired my 5 iron I brought in my own and I'm looking to replace this with a simple steel one. The pro goes we can't any of those parts or ferrules for that JUNK they're not even in our golf works catolog and we own GOLF WORKS. I can't get anything pxg, so yeah can't help ya. Yeah, calling a customer's equipment to their face "junk" isn't ideal. A few minutes later and a simple Google search showed me GOLF WORKS indeed carries PXG Iron ferrules in stock at an incredible 99¢ a piece! I was heated, I showed the club maker the item he made excuses to look up. Maybe just maybe you don't show your a biased towards a company you don't like to work on and make the customer feel worthless. So I will be doing all my golf shopping at Scheels and local course pros. Lost a life time customer over a 99 cent piece.

Stopped in yesterday & was very impressed by the selection Golf Galaxy had to offer! All of the staff were welcoming & Peyton was especially phenomenal to work with & very knowledgeable on the sport of golf. We built an entire set from the bag, irons, wedges, driver, woods, putter, glove, shoes, towel.. You name it! It was busy in the store but he made time & room for me to try out anything I would like in one of their 3 simulators. I’m extremely happy & cannot wait to get out there! ?

I went to golf galaxy almost a month ago. Told them I had a budget to stay with! They were helping me find the right irons but all the irons they were talking to me about were $300 to $400 over that budget! When I was testing the irons out that I bought they said just cause they were the cheaper ones it won’t work for me! As I bought them through special order I was told two weeks. Thought great what an amazing birthday gift for me as they were supposed to arrive on my birthday. It’s been two weeks since my birthday and my clubs still aren’t here! Kinda over the lying as they care about getting credit! I just want my clubs!!

The associate Glen that helped me tonight with a broken club shaft was fantastic. I’ve always had clubs handed down and now that I invested in my first drive and need help, I know where to go. Glen was super helpful to a novice like me and went the extra mile to ensure I had what I needed to swap the broken shafts and gave me tips from his years of experience. Not only that, he prepped everything so my job to install the new club shaft is very straight forward and I know how to do it myself in the future. Ive only bought one driver, and now shaft from golf galaxy but this spring when I upgrade my irons I’ll be going there. That customer experience and helpfulness is greatly appreciated.

Buy Online Pickup in Store is busted.I was in the previous day looking at a set of left handed irons/hybrid set, a golf bag, and a putter, back at the hotel trying to place the order online and pickup I was met with an out of stock issue for the club set when I had just been in and held them in my hands. I called the next morning asking if I was able to purchase the same club set but right handed and make an exchange and was told I could. After following through with the my order in their BOPIS system, I went to pick up my clubs and after twenty minutes since placing the order, they said they hadn’t received the order. Wyatt was extremely patient and helpful doing what he could within his limits to help me and I am appreciative of that. After multiple tries including, showing them my order number, confirmation, and that my card had already been charged, I was left to no avail. I was told by the manager my options were to either cancel the order, or pay the shipping costs to have them sent to my address after having being jerked around for more than an hour after ordering. I left the store and in the parking lot went to cancel the order come to find out it had already been canceled. More than likely the reason they never received it on their end. If you want something from Golf Galaxy, I recommend just going into the store and buying them. Unfortunately for people like me that don’t live in the area, the system is beyond a mess and I’ll be looking elsewhere.

The staff at golf galaxy Appleton is outstanding. When you walk in your greeted right away and they ask you if you need any help with finding anything. I also find their staff very knowledgeable on golf clubs and golf club repair. I recently upgraded to custom shafts for my Titleist clubs & Glenn did an amazing job and I highly recommend to see him for all your custom golf upgrades or golf club repair needs.

Great experience! Brian and Jim are great to work with. Made things comfortable and easy to understand. Although, I do have a question. Is it SOP to NOT get a wrench when you buy a new driver? Bought a SIM2, was told TM does send wrenches. Fact?

Just moved to town and getting into golf. Came in to try some new clubs and was blown away. Staff was so polite and set me up on the new simulators. Looking forward to a fitting.

Scheduled a fitting online. Got there and had to search for somebody to help me. When they found the guy for the fitting, he was stand-off ish and not very into talking. I told him I was looking for a driver, and I’m relatively new to the game. He has me try a couple drivers. I asked about other models and he simply said we don’t have much of those. After some swings I looked back to ask a question and he’s on his phone, once he saw me looking he put it away. All the answers to questions were one word answers. I asked about which shaft I should use, and he just says “the regular one”. I’m trying out $500 drivers and he just doesn’t seem to care. They didn’t have the loft I needed so he said “I’ll give you the 9 degree loft and you can adjust it” which I then asked him how and he said “there’s an instruction booklet with it”. Normally they should adjust it for you. He then proceeded to walk me up to the checkout counter and said to his fellow employee “make sure I get marked down for this one” which I assume means he wants his credit. I learned zero about golf and clubs and I did purchase the driver that felt best to me. No thanks to him. I debated with myself after purchasing it and I went back and returned it because I didn’t want to give them my business. If you need a fitting I suggest you go to an actual golf shop or course. Golf galaxy isn’t the place if you’re looking for knowledge.
